Absolute waste of money! Its a rooky "make money" ghetto car wash! They dont know what "detailing" means and what people are paying for. What they call detailing is a fancy vacuuming job not what real car detailers do. Check out my review on yelp with pictures of how obvious it is that they are ripping people off on the name of "car detailing"! If you complain and voice your unsatisfaction the boss of the workshop will try to give you "petty" cash to settle things. Dont make the mistake I made read the reviews and see other unsatisfied peoples posted pics because you might think the ones that are bragging about them are honest but once you become one of the ones they ripped and mistreated you will have no reason to complain! Check out there Facebook page and yelp and pay attention to the ones with least amount of likes/ stars.

I purchased a Groupon for an interior detail a few months ago and needed to use it before the expiration. I called and made an appointment - very easy. Got there Sunday morning at appointment time and they were ready for me, ushered me right in, asked if I was waiting or picking up later and advised that they would get right on it, which they did. They kept me informed throughout the process and finished much sooner than Id expected. I had a lot of tar on my car courtesy of the City of Chicago construction and they offered to remove it for a reasonable upcharge. I had them to it. The car hasnt looked this good in a LONG time. Im very pleased and will frequent this car wash.

OK hand wash, they do inside and out, but Ive definately had more thorough washes. Didnt totally get bird poop off my back window. Biggest complaint is they have "Buy 5 Washes Get 2 Free" signs all over. I bought a card to get this deal, and at my 5th wash they tell me that it expired after three months. This policy is not posted anywhere, nor is it on the card - but the cashier was "positive" that he told me about it 3 months ago. Which is complete BS, because I only wash my car every 3-4 weeks, and wouldnt have bought into a deal where you need to wash every two weeks.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I paid for the interior and exterior detailing and my car has streaks and smears all over it that will not come out! Ive gotten my car washed twice a week for 2 years since I bought it and it has never looked like this! Their response was that the damage was not from them and they would not fix it or reimburse me! TOTAL RIP OFF! IT LOOKS WORSE THAN BEFORE I BROUGHT IT IN! I have pictures for proof but did not notice it right away because the steaks on the paint are only visible in the sun.

I HAD LEFT MY PURSE IN MY CAR AND THEY TOOK MY WALLET FROM MY PURSE ..PLEASE DONT GO HERE AND IF YOU DO GO MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR CAR BECAUSE IT WILL GO MISSING ... the best car wash ever this place actually knows what they are doing if you need something taken care of yes they might forget but its cause they make mistakes so I have to be on them to do it we the people dont just go there and expect perfection we go and wash our cars like McDonalds we have to check if they made our order complete and perfect

Ive taken my Cruze here twice for an auto detail, they do a pretty amazing job!!! Theyre all really nice people and havent had a bad experience at all!! I highly recommend this place!! Now Im also thinking about getting my windows tinted with them! 5 stars is not enough for them, there should be an option for more stars!!!

See Ceasar if you are looking to get a great job on window tinting for the lowest price around. I have personally gotten 3 of my cars done here and have referred a lot of my friends. The guy is a pro! The car wash is great as well......highly recommended

Horrible place to wash your car or truck.. Brought my work truck and they never took the time to clean the inside correctly. Didnt vacuum or clean it.. Ill never go there again.. I suggest you dont either.. unless you want to get ripped off $20.

Excellent car wash. Very thorough job done both inside and out. Wheel detail is only an extra $2. Best wash for your money and all times I have gotten my car washed here it has been spotless! My car looked and smelled brand new all throughout

They do a nice job! I try to get in before 11:00 am Monday thru Thursday for the early bird special! I think that it is up to $9.00 now! They have a lot of people working so the wait is usually about 20 minutes to get a hand car wash!

Friendly staff behind the cash register. I paid for the regular wash, the cleaning on the outside of the car looked great. However the carpet on inside was not completely cleaned.
