Car was not cleaned good. For being the first time here will never spend money at this place ever again. Paid for the spa package and was given my car back with half of it cleaned. Center console not cleaned dashboard not clean, floor Mats are soaked and wet. Windows are still very dirty. What made it worse is that it was pay date and the gentleman handing out the checks got into a argument with a worker about how they deducted $25 from there pay for a missing key. In front of customers and another worker asking about his pay to the amount of hours worked. Completely unprofessional will not recommend.

Brought my car to have it detailed, and I left with a brand new car. The inside smelled amazing, everything was clean and every surface was immaculate. I have brought my car a couple times to have it washed and saw the special for $99 and decided to do the spring detail. The employees are very friendly and great you when you come in. Ive visited other car washes in the area but the service and atmosphere is superior here.

In the waiting room for 40 minutes for a basic interior/exterior carwash. After 20 minutes I start to wonder whats taking so long, I look outside and see half the crew is on a smoke break- with a line of cars going around the building. Wipe down on the dash and doors was shoddy with no attention to corners or creases that were left dirty. Floor mats were put back in the car soaking wet. I will not be going back.

Worst car wash ever. I waited in line for 30 mins just to get an exterior wash only. Once I got the wash, they didnt even bother to scrub a few stains off my windshield and their drying cloths left marks on my windshield. Then I had to wait another 20 mins bc there were 3 cars ahead of me getting interior washes. Finally had to ask the workers if I could reverse and go out the other entrance.

Worst Hand car wash Ive ever went to. Absolutely no attention to detail. Drove home and had to basically clean my car myself. I asked for the superior wash and paid 20$ for streaks on my windows, tire coating on dirty rims and tires, and an un-vacuumed dusty car. In addition, my car smelled like an ash tray when I left because one of the employees smoked a cigarette right next to my car.

2nd time Im here in a week and honestly they do the best work. Come when its not busy and youll be in and out. Literally the car is spotless.... Didnt want to go on central and touhy because they really dont care over here. I had 6 people working on my car here even if it was 15-20 mins. Got my monies worth!

Love this place! Miguel and the staff are super friendly, courteous, and respectful! I know I can trust this location and its staff to always keep me as a satisfied customer! Both my cars were left spotless and I couldnt trust any other location to do this for me at the reasonable prices they have!

The place wasnt busy so I figured they wouldnt be in a rush. I was wrong. This is the worst car wash i ever had. The windows were cleaner before I went. I could go on however I will only be more upset since I need to reclean what I aready paid for a "spa package."

Pulled into their drive way at 5:53pm and was waved off / shoeed away as 2 employees repeteadly pointed to the "closed" sign. They close at 6, rather go home than take my money?
