I come here to this car wash due to the convenient location and Ive never had any problems here before today, However, my car did not come clean due to a malfunction in the system. Although my car was in neutral, the system stopped and my car began to roll backwards. I informed the attendant who said he will get the manager. After 20 mins or so, the manager nor the attendant came back. To make a long story short, Emmanual, the manager, was so rude and disrespectful to me. He clearly showed that a female should not be speaking to him; called me a liar, and actually had refused to give me his name. I got his name from one of the attendants. Emmanual dismissed me several times and began talking to another customer, a male, who was already serviced. I am hoping that the owner does not have anyone else like Emmanual working for his/her establishment. As a manager or owner, you do not treat your customers with so much disrespect. I hope that if anyone has had this encounter with Emmanual, report him. By the way, there was a malfunction in their system due to Emmanual explaining issues to others. After reading some of the reviews, apparently, this same manager is exposing his temper and disdain to other customers...primarily females...hmmmmm.

I went to get a car wash I go in and the soap not even working and I come out with my car still dirty and then the Manger told me to go in is going work so I go in again still nothing then I talk to the Manger he started getting mad and start yelling and he refused to give me his name and started walking away from me really disappointed

It shows that they open at 7am every day. I went there Tuesday at 7:30am and they didnt let me in till 7:55am. And I have a fast pass membership. So its the mine reason whey Im going to cancel it.

Went there for the dog wash. Manager said they close at 7, website said 8pm and it was 6:45. Never again! I had two Mastiffs I wanted to wash I had to load back in my car. Skip this place!!!!
