Damaged rims, scratched body... Owner and manager swear it wasnt their machines, they do thousands of cars a day. What irrates me more is that their owner is such a sarcastic POS. The scratches on the car are minimal and I would forgive. But the rims on the left side ONLY of my car are not forgivable. He takes no ownership of the possibility of his machine. Its not us, its the city and way you drive. t(-, -)t... Take some ownership! And realize theres a chance your machine screwed up a car. I cant control others not complaining... Not my issues they dont care about their car as much as I do and inspect it religiously. Take your car here if you like at your own choice. As for me. Im going to Luckys Car Wash down he street. Pay more, but you get an excellent wash and service hand washed and not machines. Cheap route here. You pay for what you get. Never again will I be at this wash, the owner is a joke and knows nothing about customer service. Im sure his Chicago location is a POS, which reflects the management skills.

The car wash does a decent job of cleaning the dirt off the exterior of your vehicle. The people who take your payment dont speak to you nor do they smile so if you want extras, you have to speak up because they wont ask what kind of wash you want. Also, my car came out with paint scratched off when I was checking over my car. I guess I should have expected that because if the employees dont bother to speak or smile then why would they care if your car gets scratched?

Cheapest car wash in the Niles area and does a decent job. Its good for your weekly wash or after snow or rain. I use other places when my car is really dirty or when Im concerned with details.

I go here once in a while. Its inexpensive. I then take my truck home and do my own waxing. I dont expect a real high quality wash given the cheaper cost of the wash but its decent enough.

I have been going here for some time. I use the self wash option. The max you will pay is $13 bucks. So you have to be fast. Dont use there spong brush use your own.

PRetty cheap. $3.75 plus additional $1 for an undercarriage wash. $2 optional handdry. However, next time I will do my own drying.

They also offer packages of washes, then its even less. Wash is OK, but drying cycle is deeply insufficient.

Fairly decent self serve wash which does accept cards for people like me who dont usually carry cash.
