I actually like this car wash but Ive used the option to pay by credit/debit card multiple times and the amount that Im actually billed is typically about 2x as much as what it says it will be. Maybe Im missing the small type somewhere... but if you go, use QUARTERS!!! (Or be prepared to pay as much as going to KISS or another car wash that does the work for you.) Totally bummed.

Their carwash absolutely DESTROYED my Hellcat wheels. Will cost me over $1200. If you have big wheels with low profile tires, their track wont fit and will curb your wheels BADLY. If you must go here, use the self serve. The auto wash will make you regret it! They have a fine print disclaimer for a reason. They will damage your wheels.

Just went through this car wash w a car covered in tree sap. When the first wash didnt remove the sap entirely, the guy working not only let me run my car through the wash again at no charge- he even gave it a great pre- wash scrub down by hand! My car looks great!

If youre not washing your car yourself, dont bother with Spotless Carwash. I went through the automatic car wash, but the sides of the car were missed. There wasnt an attendant, so I just wasted money to NOT have my car cleaned.

Good company, good customer service. While washing my car I ran out of cash and the card reader was not working. The worker let me use the car wash free of charge until I was finished. Very happy, I will go back in the future!

Just like most touch less washes, this one will require you to bring a towel and wipe off the dust that didnt get washed away.
