Its not bad for the money. I have the monthly plan for both of my cars. I give it 3 stars because the vacuums dont all work. Ive read people complaining about the tire shine treatment that doesnt work. I cant blame them. But it is a lot better to buy your own and apply it yourself. Its better quality and cheaper. Same goes for the hot wax, clear coat etc. The only option worth getting is the underbody wash due to our harsh winters. The good thing about nascar is the fact that it really is first come first serve. So if you paid before the other person, your gate will go up. Not the other persons. This place is great especially in the winters. You go in and rinse the salt and grime and out you go.

Go early in the morning at the wash is only $3 for the basic. The wash is not worth more than the basic. Sometimes brushes are now working and sometimes the vacuum hoses are missing in some vacuum stalls. The blowers do not do a very good job getting the water off. I always carry a drying towel with me since I get a car wash at least once or twice a week. Again, for the basic wash its fine which is normal for automatic tunnel washes. Do not pay more than $5. Never, never, never pay extra for added services at car washes like this... There is no difference. Above all else never get tire shine. It will end up splashed all over your car once you hit the road.

It took me 3 visits to finally talk with Xavier & when I finally did it was like he was trying to say that I should have told him when something was not working. Im tired of getting there and only a few vacuums are available and in working order. I have more small issues, but the bottom line is this place is not ran professionally & you can tell the preventive maintenance is not being done. I gave it a 2 star for the convenience. Its 2 min from my house. 5-12-16 Went there again today & the sprays and one of the spinning mops was not working.

Hey people you want to come to A overly priced car wash with services that dont even freaking work! Come on down to this place where there highest wash is $18 and cleans with basic soap and water! Not to mention that amazing tire shine it provides! Its a interesting fact that I let myself go here.... You want a actual car wash with FREE VACCUMS? I was charged $8 for a $5 car wash. I thought I made an error or maybe it was the taxes or something. I checked my bank account and its not the first time this happened. I chose the $5 wash with no extras and the receipt shows $5 was billed but on my bank statement $8 was paid to NASCAR. I called many times to sort out the problem but no one would answer. I decided to go and speak to someone and they gave me 2 free car washes. Check your bank statements!

Unlimited monthly passes are great, but it seems like theres always something wrong, whether its the undercarriage wash not working, the clear coat not spraying, the heated drier not heated (which is a necessity in freezing weather). Often unexpectedly closed too. For someone who washes their vehicles multiple times per week, the value of the monthly pass still outweighs the inconveniences...

Did anybody notice that the tire shine does not work and they still charge you something they are not providing. It has been broken about two months and every time ask when is going to be fixed. They keep saying it is a big job...I dont care how big the job is. This is a service you are charging people but not providing for the past couple of month. What a SCAM!

ZERO STARS!!! But wont let me publish without clicking 1 star!! Worst car wash ever! Got better service and car wash at much cheaper places! Paid for premium wash - got basic - pay machine was "broke" so they wouldnt give me a receipt! Drivers side was still filthy after so called "premium" wash - WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and will spread the word!!!

Have the monthly membership since this place opened. Was great at first and since lines have been left in my side doors and the vacuums never seem to work. Went without vacuuming here all winter bc either no working vacuums or just not enough suction power. Please get it together NASCAR, Im about to take my membership to the Brookfield Car Wash.

I hate that this is the only car wash so close to me! So convenient but always disappoints. This is a very busy car wash but yet have only two vaccuums working .. Two out of 20 working. Why isnt the owner doing anything to keep up with his business .. This is an on going issue that goes on with this car wash

Most vacuum hoses are broken At all times I had complain and they said they fix them Maybe should get rid of them if the price does not include the vacuum I tried 9 today one works with very lithe air the rest broken and or missing parts Also the dryer doesnt work

Its always crowded with cars, and the wait can be a bit long for a quick wash on weekends and warm days. The vacuums are out of order most of the time. They have three entries to get in, however most of the time two are broken and it cause a backup.

My car was filthy. I paid 20 bucks for their ultimate service and it left lines on my car. The wash didnt clean my car and left soil on the areas by each wheel and the rear area. The vacuums were good, although half of them were broken.

This place is a rip off. I paid for a $10.00 wash and I got the basic then I paid the additional $2.00 for Tire Shine and never got it. when ask why i didnt get what i paid for I was told yes you did. RIP OFF go somewhere else.

I love the value if you go before 10:00 am, whoever your not saving if the vacuums dont WORK!! This is the 3rd week that the vacuums are not working, now I have to pay another $1.00 somewhere else for the vacuum service. GET

I dont understand the service. I went there take $10 package and they do just run me over the conveyor belt. I was hoping to clean inside also like inner door. I just felt that I wasted my money there. Good thing free vacuum.

Just spent 20mins waiting for the guy in front to figure out what he was doing.20 mins a large line without moving you think the kids that work here would figure someone needs help. Theyre just goofing off inside.

Its ok but need a better drier still lot a water on sides left with soap and vacuum s are terrible no su cktion but all I still go I joined the club. At Good price unlimited 1wash per day .

Used to be too notch but the surplus of people going them forced them to speed up their belt and now the soap doesnt even get rinsed off the car. Hopefully theyll be awesome again someday.
