Filipino Flow

Yesterday, June 12, 2017. It was around 7:45pm, I pulled in to get my car washed. Now this is a Monday, business does not technically end until 9pm. It is displayed on their lot and here on Google. I was surprised to the woman declaring "were closed!" Confusing, since when did closing mean you can shut down an hour or so before your advertised closing time? This was only the 3rd time I visited this car wash, the second time was even a bit later. Management or administration, is there any validation as to why they closed shop before closing time? I thought this only happened in the Philippines. I will be going back today, Tuesday June 13, 2017 even before the same time. If it happens again, I will come back here for another review.

DO NOT go to this Delta Sonic or really any for that matter. I had doubts but gave them a chance. Was told I had unlimited car wash and interior for a certain price. I specifically asked if those prices were locked in. I was told, "yes". After 3 months the prices went up. I called corporate and explained the situation. They had zero remorse or apology. I asked to cancel and they sounded more than happy to do so. As a whole, they dont appear to care about their customers. Their car washes and detail jobs are terrible as well. I would much rather spend the 7 bucks at a self service wash and do it myself.

Awful service customer service is even worse awful cashiers with an attitude! I went in for a car wash paid $25 plus $25 in gas and my car came out looking even worse than when it went in. Dry streaks, not vacuumed, mirrors had water spots!! it had all kinds of streaks when I complained about to one manager he told me I should have paid for a better package, I should go and pay for another wash theyll dry it again. Ill get a better wash service!!!! Are you for real! Thats ridiculous had to talk to a different manager people up front no help and nor are the young boys there! Finally a rain check wow!

THIEVES!!!!!!!!! A BUNCH OF F-IN THIEVES HERE! Dont go here! I brought my mothers car in to be washed as a nice surprise. Unknowingly, she keeps $200 cash under the passengers mat. After getting the car washed, she alerted me about the cash and sure enough, it was not under the mat. The manager was nice enough to help me fill out a complaint form about the loss, and smiled probably because he was happy about the $200 tip he would split with his co-workers. He never called, and Im officially blacklisting this place and will make it my goal in life to bankrupt this chain.

Didnt have very good service doing the paint resurfacing in Palatine location after having them redo it for the second time it still was unsatisfactory so they sent me to the Mel rose location and Josh in the detail shop went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. He was the only person that even asked if.i would like a refund and on top of that he still wanted to get scratches out that Palatine couldnt, best customer service knows what hes doing. If hes not already he should be in management. Thanks josh!

Gas prices are okay should be cheaper because its not good quality gas, it burns out quicker than Shell or Mobile. The car wash staff is always changing which I do understand that but they need to be trained properly. The detail guys are lazy with no idea about detailing any car. I use this place simply because its convenient between home and work. But if you have a complaint management will listen and try to make it right.

Well I went in there this morning. I went to the counter and 3 ladies looked in my direction but totally ignored me for 15 seconds. I thought maybe I was invisible so I went to speak to a manager and he had no trouble seeing me. So I know Im not Casper The Friendly Ghost. Keep that up and I wont be coming back. Im thinking if I was a person of a different color maybe they would have acknowledged me. Retraining is needed.

I apologize for the warning post regarding this gas station. I posted to the wrong Delta Sonic location on North Ave. I didnt realize you had two locations on the same street. Ive moved my warning to the correct Delta Sonic review page. I did try calling the 800 number, but after 15 minutes on hold I gave up. My time is more valuable than yours when Im trying to do you a favor.

What a waste, I paid $12.99 for the kiss wash, and my car was still dirty. Then they do not even clean the mats. I could have paid less a lot less for a better wash and have the inside cleaned. I will not be returning... Take my advice go to the little guy car wash, they at least care and will not charge you a higher fee. Good-bye Delta Sonic Car Wash

Great gas prices that beats the other gas station prices around. Love how I can get the unlimited car washes and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Been going here for years. Very nice friendly service and easy in easy out some days can be hectic with getting gas because this is the number one go to for gas in the melrose park area

$25.99 apparently doesnt get you anything more than a quick wipedown. Didnt wipe off the liquid drips near the cupholder. For the Infinity ahead of me - saw an employee close the rear door telling another employee not to bother with the back seat... What? Not worth the money and then they hover around you for a tip.

this car wash is great .. they do a great job and clean everything you ask them to and more.. one of the guys found 20 dollars under my seat and instead of keeping that money he found it and gave it back... recommend for anyone in the area

The gas is not the problem its dunkin donuts the lack of help and always out of drinks i gone there plenty of times and always out of most of there drinks and staff dont speak English and have attitude like they are doing me the favor.

Had the unlimited carwash for 13 months. Once the track system didnt stop when the car in front hit the brakes in the middle of the carwash. My vehicle hit the car in front. Delta sonic took a report and paid for the damages.

Car wash scratched my car and all they did was send me a letter saying that my car was extremely dirty and I probably didnt notice a 8inch scratch across my driver door even thou I had washed the car there the day before.

Come for the quick mart and stay for the car wash! Coffee, donuts, snacks, beer, cigs and lottery if youre into that. This is my regular car wash and detail shop and theyre open on the coldest of winter days.

I love this car wash. One of the best. :-) and good pricing. But for the monthly unlimited the current 29.99 is too much. For 2 cars I own its 60 a month. before I paid 19.99 for each and it was acceptable.

Gas station is nice. Plenty of space. Car wash is really cool. Gas and car wash prices are good. It has a detail shop too! They have ice cream, sandwiches, slushy machine and a Dunkin donuts.
