Went in today and spent a little more to have a better wash than "Basic." where I live I have to park under a tree, so my car is always covered in bird poop. when I got through the wash there was still a considerable amount of bird poop still on my car. I was annoyed but knew I was going to be able to vacuum my car for free. I parked and one of the vacuums was broke! I had to use one for the entire car and pull it through so it could reach, which wasnt a problem until another customer started to harass and try to argue with me that he needed it for the right side of his car even though every single spot was open and the vacuums reach. If I want a 3 dollar was and vacuum ill wait until Im in Villa Park. I paid 5 dollars to get a bad wash, bad vacuum and to get a head ache from some man who thought he was entitled and got angry with me because he didnt get what he wanted. Never again will I come here. If youre going to spend the $5 just go to Delta Sonic and youll actually get your car cleaned.

On Friday, June 2nd at 12:04 pm I paid for the Super Wash for $14. I noticed the next day Saturday around 10 am that the wash did not clean the front end well. I went into the car wash and spoke to man who said I needed to bring the vehicle back that day. I explained to him that I had to go downtown for my sons surgery and he did not care. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. So I had to use my 5 day rain ticket to have it washed again. While in the wash my vehicle backed up, hit the car behind me, then the car hit me again. When I exited I waited and spoke to the elderly woman behind me. My Tahoe was not damaged due to my hitch, hers was but she was rattled and not concerned so I left because my son who had surgery the day before was in my car. I also noticed a scratch along the entire driver side of the vehicle. Fortunately not deep and can be buffed out. Will never go there again!

They claim free vacumm, thats B***S***! They charge extra if you go a day before the weekend or a holiday. The guys at the end of the wash have some towels that make my oil changing rags look clean. I was recently there just to use their vacuums, the machine ate my 75cents and the attending guy refused to refund my money. He said "that never happens" I told him he better refund my 75cents or I would never return. And all he said was "Oh well". I will NEVER go back to this dump.

Worst service and customer service ever!!!!! I paid $14 for my car wash and my mirror is making a noise and wont going in when pressing the button .. I called and the guy had the nerve to give me an attitude and when I ask for his name he had the nerve again to tell he is busy and hang up on me. Thank god I print my receipt cause Im taking this to the max!!!!

They rebuilt a new Pebbles brand new with modern equipment. Fantastic wash, even the lowest priced was is fantastic. Highly recommended
