Brought my car here for a full detail.. I reset my trip meter to 0 to make sure they didnt drive my car around. When I came to pick up my car he next day there was still marks that they didnt clean off.. I said y didnt these marks come off.. They said maybe they missed it and they cleaned it.. Next, I noticed that my stereo system was turned on and my sub was turned on(after I turned it off) and turned on really loud. And they even changed the radio station to a Spanish channel. I told the manager that its not right to play around with my system and turn it that loud. He responded, my guys work faster with music.. Lol Ok what ever... Got mad when I noticed that my trip odometer said 0 as if they reset it.. But I noticed that they added 3 miles to my car.. I showed the manager and he said we details high-end cars. Y would we joy ride yours (acura rsx type s) I said I dont care u guys put 3 miles on my car. Thats not right. Hes like Ill show u the tapes that it stayed in the parking lot. I went through the tapes and after hours of sitting there and being late for work I noticed my car left the lot for a period of time. Manager said it was parked 1 spot out of the camera angle... After all this they didnt do anything for me. But waste my time.. Horrible customer service. To be honest it was a decent car wash... But not for the 100+ detail I spent..

I usually go to get my car washed here because its really close to my house. I ALWAYS have the same problem. They do not take out all the garbage from the car. When I first noticed this I would let the girl know to let the workers know they need to take out all the garbage. Yet they STILL do not do it. Usually they wipe down the whole car but the past few times they have not. She said the back of the car was "not included in the #2". Never had a problem before. Also They do not vacuum very well. After they told me the car was ready, I took a look inside the car and I still saw dust other small garbage that should have been vacuumed. When I complained about this the girl just told me to go back theyd do it again. NO a customer shouldnt have to do this twice as we all have very busy schedules. Going back to the vacuum I reminded the girl to make sure they vacuum in between the seats and again this wasnt done. Definitely NOT going back.

I took the inside and out car wash and the inside looked horrible. They didnt vacuum the inside any good. The inside of the car looked like it wasnt touched at all. The staff was mean and didnt care at all. They said the they vacuum the trunk and they didint even open it. Definitely wont came back here not worth the money.

be carful guys do not live any think in the car with value .they still my nil clip and my change ;I went there to talk to the manager he said I dont car , be carful be carful. they dont deserve even one star for what they did but the system need me to thatches a list one star to go

Place use to be good until recently, Vacuum guy breaks my backrest and the owner refused to do anything about it. When u bring ur car here make sure u slide the seat all the way back or "theyre not responsible for it"

Terrible. It looked like a half assed vacuum job. And they managed to forget several areas with food and all It takes is them to wipe it down or take a vacuum to It. Lazy and too much money for what it is.

5 stars isnt enough! They cleaned my car quite thoroughly. Just as good as Id do myself. Top to bottom, front to back, inside and out, they did an excellent job. Im definitely going back here. Thanks guys!

Supposed to open at 8. Still sitting here at 815am wondering whats going on. If you are supposed to open at 8, wouldnt you be around BEFORE 8?? Just an idea. Not cool to keep customers waiting.

The car washes I receive now are no where compared to how the previous owner workers use to wash it. Its fair but this new team of washers and the soap usage could be much better.

I took the most expensive wash and they said that includes just washing of 2 front floor mats,which is quiet funny.Not nice stuff plus one hour waiting time.Car washed not well.

You wait a long time for your car to get cleaned. For a high demand area, the amount of workers they have keep the process slow. Waited around 30 minutes to get a clean car.

Used to be good, now terrible! They use the brushes for the wheels for yhe car too! Scrsches all over! Front bumper and mirrors were like bug krime scene!
