Went to the Bellwood location around 8:30. Paid for my wash - $10. Pulled up to the entrance, but no attendant was there. Waited for about 5 mins. Thought that maybe they dont have them anymore, so proceeded. This made me forget my retractable antenna - $50 part. Got down to the wheel polisher, and felt a firm bump on my passenger side. Two spots of my finish ground COMPLETELY OFF. Must have been too far to the right. - $100 wheel refinishing. Lo and behold, finally found the attendant, guiding in another car. Said what happened and he told me to call the number on the receipt. To top it off, when I tired to leave, the gates were two-thirds closed and there were two large barrels blocking the exit. I asked another attendant (who was chatting up a girl) if they can let me out, he told me I "had to move the barrels". I said "I have to?" he said yes. I moved the barrels, opened the gate and left. The wash turned out good. Very little access water and a nice, even spray wax coat. The free vacuums are strong. Also, its at a great location right off I290 In sum, a good wash in a convenient location. But I would only recommend if you can afford the $150 dollar incompetence fee.

Good luck cancelling your service if you sign up for the monthly $22.99 service. I havent been driving my car anymore and tried to cancel the service 2 weeks before I was to be charged again to no avail. I talked to car wash personel, the cashier, left voice mail messages and my business card. After another month, I was charged again. My only option is to present this to my bank as an unauthorized charge and let them handle it. This is the Buddy Bear Car wash on ... 3940 W Washington Blvd 60624

The sign states the car wash is $3.99, the machine will not give you the correct change. A penny may not seem much. Do the math. If they manage to make an extra $20. a day. $20 X 365(days) = $7,300. a year that the car wash owner is pocketing tax "FREE". If the owner has multiple locations multiply the locations as well. Plus the basic wash is horrible had soap left all over the car, the dryer fans did not blow air hard enough because they want to sell you the towel dry service ($2)

I came to Buddy Bear today and my service from a gentleman named Demeon Jones was PHENOMENAL. He dried my car and wheels and thanks to him my car looks as good as new, AND he did it with a smile. I will definitely be back.

Dirt was still all over car, half the rims were clean. For paying 14 dollars their top deal and having to go home and just rewashing the car its just pointless to go to this place.

Dont expect to use the free vacuums if youre there within 10 minutes of closing. I paid for a car wash and by the time I got to the vacuums they were shut off.

The unlimited fast pass is so affordable and unbelievably convenient. The free vacuums and materials cleaner keep my inside as clean as the outside.

It charges an extra $0.99 because of it being in a minority area. all surrounding car washes that are in non-minority areas only charge $3 even.
