I read some good reviews and decided to give it a shot. Today was the day to take it there and NEVER AGAIN. I wish I can post pictures of "washed car" with all smudges on windshield and all over it. Washing crew does not wash it well at all. So all work is left on hand dryer guy who has to work extra to fix what wasn`t washed properly. And if its the case they are not paid like I read here it makes it even worse. After my car was "done" I went back inside to a cashier and told her that I am not satisfied with service and car does not look clean. Why do I need to talk to anyone. I just went there for simple car wash. Is it that difficult to wash cars? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THIS BUSINESS.

This place is a dump. It has one of the oldest car tracks around. The tire track guide rails are very tall and your car WILL get stuck if its low. Not to mention how slow line is and the high chance that your car some how gets wrecked... which happens more than anyone wants to admit. Ive been told by the forest park police that this place has allways been a problem. If you go there please tip the the hand dryers as they are not paid and only make it on what you tip them. Ive spoken to a few of the hand dryers on the train about this and I cant imagine the system is "legal". Very sad considering some of them are homelss. This is just what a few of them have told me but ive never confirmed it with the owner.

Worst customer service..went for a simple car wash and got convince to do a detail which I accepted. After waiting for ever. I got in my car and my rugs were soaked...The car was not clean at all..smudges everywhere. .no fragrance other than the extra one I had to purchase. After paying more than I anticipated I noticed I didnt have much but still tiped the guy...He then had the nerve to put my rugs in the trunk with attitude cause he was not happy with my tip..Then proceeded by telling me that next time I should be more generous with my tip....WHO DOES THAT! Its a tip! He is lucky I gave him something for the lowsy job I received. Never going back...oh and I did call the manager.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. The attendant lost his s--t because I missed the little sign up near the roofline of the building indicating different services. I apologized and he said "well it didnt help that you were talking on your cellphone, now did it". At that point I decided to go elsewhere. He sprayed me with his hose while I drove off! Go anywhere else but here!

Terrible!! The car was just as dirty coming out as it was when it went in.. Mind you it wasnt that dirty to begin with. When i complained about the door jams, quarter panels, island, dash and doors.. The white witch who works there sent me to a better carwash down harlem and gave me attitude. Thanks witch.. You were right!!! It is better down the street

Best carwash around. I have been going to this Carwash for 15 years that says something. I have a BMW M5 now and i would not go anywhere else with this car. This is a true carwash they spend a lot of time drying the car and i really like that it is not a rush to just get it off the lot. I spend a little extra time here but its worth it.

Very, very, very rude and unprofessional. They left a very bad taste in my mouth. There was one person that was very pleasant his name was Gus.(I would give Gus 5 stars and give this establishment 0 stars). He apologized for his co-workers behavior but I will not be returning.

Poor Customer service! Employees try to pressure customers to tip in a very aggressive fashion. Tipping is a choice based on quality of service and their quality of service doesnt warrant tipping.

Be careful, sometimes dirty towels are used on Windows and they dont lower your windows and clean the rim. For the price, they should do better

This car wash is fantastic. Miller is the guy in the know for detailing! Very personable. Takes pride in his work. Highly recommended.
