It was just ok. Listen I think we just had different expectations. We thought we would be hands on learning how to cook French food. Its not like that. Its more of a community dinner that a chef prepares. We were really looking to learn about Alsatian French food. We helped chop and peel. While the chef had already prepared most of the meal. He was nice enough but really didnt teach much about how to prepare the food. If youre looking for more of a social night out while a chef cooks for you. This is your thing. If you want to learn how to cook French food. I dont recommend this.

Im sure this is a wonderful place, but be careful when purchasing a class through the Travelzoo web site. My daughter and her boyfriend had every intent on going to the class, that I had gifted to them, but due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel. I spent $135 for this class and to reschedule they insist on an additional $55 or nothing. Absolutely nothing for the $135 all ready spent. No refund, no credit, nothing.

Awesome cooking class. A nice demonstration that turns into a terrific dinner and the beauty is you help make it all happen. Vincent the chef is fantastic and the food is delicious. Tried the Alsace menu and it was exquisite. Definitely recommend for a fun night with a friend or reserve the whole class, a group party with 12 close guests.

We had the Coq au Vin class last Monday and the meals were quite good, but we were also told that we would have the recipes emailed to us afterwards. Still waiting. For the price of the class we would have expected a quicker response after two follow-up requests.

yesterday I took the bread baking, it was the best class ever, chef Raphael was great. The bread was outstanding and was able to take a lot of variety home. I have been to a couple of bread classes before but this was the best. Cant wait to try the pastry class

Great experience! We had a wonderful time, I finally learned to make a roux, met some really nice people, drank some good wine and sat down to an amazing dinner! The chef Ryan was fun, gave some great tips and made the night! Highly recommend.

One of the most fun evenings ever. Our Chef Scott was a hoot, Classmates were fun and the food was great. Scott was very patient and taught us a lot of great tricks. I am looking forward to attending another class soon.

They need to deal with a rodent issue, drive around back at dusk. They are running in and out of the bakery at will.
