The lady that helped me was nice and only doing her job, but my chopped salad was made with minimal lettuce, spinach, and toppings. And when I say minimal... it didnt even fill up 3/4 of the bowl. I felt short changed already. At the end, I asked for a little more cheese on top. At this point the rude guy (Dan, I believe) had already collected my money. When I was getting my bag ready to head out, he abruptly said "0.36 cents!" We definitely had a language barrier but I really thought he was joking. He wanted more money for the little bit of cheese I got on my salad. I even referenced how "little" salad I had in my bowl and asked him if I was gonna get what I paid for since he was charging me extra for a smidgen more of cheese. He was absolutely so very rude. So very. Ill never come to this subway again. I visit subways all across Tennessee each week as I travel for work. Ive had a couple of issues along the way but for the most part, all positive. This one ranks with the worst two Subway experiences EVER!

Wonderful service and a good sandwich. Sandwich artistry and being a little behind on new subway items could use some work. At least regarding orders on the app.
