Im a fan mainly because of how super friendly all the guys are - to the extent that I now wave as I walk past! Im also a fan because theyre great relative to the old place! My previous place had the most depressed unfriendly guys working there and I eventually gave up on them. Always been happy with dryclean, and I find they are reasonably priced and the hours are decent. I think the only thing to be careful of is getting shirts washed instead of drycleaned - a few times the buttons havent survived the experience and have all cracked, but theyve been really nice about replacing the buttons. When I arrive we now sort through and split the shirts into ones where wash will work and the others where wash will affect the buttons.

I got a pair of pants that were not mine. I went in to return them and asked where my pants were thinking they got mixed up. Was not a big deal until I got into the store and rather then help me out the lady decides to go postal. Doesnt speak English so Im on the phone with the daughter, daughters husband and son. All I wanted was to leave my phone number hoping they would come across my pants. Ended up getting no phone call or update and treated like I was crazy and there was no way they could have screwed that up. Not like me to leave a review but it continues to eat at me the way it was handled and the way I was treated.

Just moved into the border of Chicago/park ridge area and my wife is very picky about dry cleaners with alteration. It turns out that lady at the my sisters cleaner is very expert and experienced with alterations...such as hemming dress, shortening slacks and heavy coats. Very happy with the service and looking forward to make regular business with this establishment.

Amazing cleaners and they do wonderful alterations. Bought my wedding dress online and they tailored it to fit like a glove! They also shortened a petticoat to wear with it. I went to them for the dress because of a history of alterations being done quickly and expertly. Highly recommend.
