So, I took three things to this dry cleaner location yesterday. The first was a white shirt with the coffee stain that I couldnt get out. The guys said that coffee stains are the hardest to get out and hes not sure if open quote she close quote can do anything with it. Then, I gave him a shirt that were like a collarless shirt that needed hemming at the top- just a simple stitch because it was fraying. He said that he doesnt know if she does this. Then, I showed him a pair of jeans, in which the pockets were too shallow, and I asked if she could deepen the pockets and and perhaps use fabric for it if necessary. The man said that she does not do that. Well, this is supposed to be a location that does tailoring. If she cant stitch a simple shirt or add fabric to pockets, what kind of dry cleaner location is this? Either she cant do anything, or the man just did not want my business.

I brought in a black velvet victorian top coat to be cleaned. I got it back with three buttons missing. I wouldnt be as angry if they would have told me when I picked it up but instead they said nothing. Thats my first and last time I will go there.
