I dont typically give bad reviews but I must say this experience was atrocious. I had a number of garments to be cleaned/altered/ and stitched. I called before dropping off clothing to ask if they could have 2 specific garments altered and cleaned by Wed if dropped off on Mon, they said "absolutely". When I dropped off clothing the lady who took inventory was very pleasant, and said up front that one of the two garments would definitely not be ready by Wed (frustration one but got over it). I received a call later that day that was unclear and rude, that said "call me back" no name, no number. Thought it was wrong #. Get a call on Tues from same rude gentleman (who I find out later is the owner) and understand that it is someone who needs me to call back about the alterations. I tell the gf to follow up. When she talks to the owner he tells her that the clothing will not be ready until Thurs which is the day circled on the ticket. While this is true I was told by the woman who initially took the clothes that one of the alterations could be rushed, w/o cleaning and would be ready by Wed. The owner starts raising his voice with my gf stating that he called and the ticket said Thurs. When she calmly stated that she called and talked to him directly he states that he "doesnt remember who I talk to, I have over 800 customers". He proceeds to blame her for not calling back and for the fact that the ticket states Thurs not Wed. Throughout the process he was incredibly rude, and short with both her and myself (when I went to pick up the garments). The press of the shirts I dropped off was okay at best, still had some wrinkles. I will never go back to this place and I would advise others to stay away as well. I am all for supporting local business but this place has terrible customer service and the owner is just plain rude. Without a doubt there are better cleaning locations than this one.

For years that I am Mikes customer and been so used to his services it never occurred to me that I am taking for granted how really good he is and how comforting it is to know - Mike will take care of my dry cleaning and alterations as he always does. I am a third generation in my family whos been going to Mike. Thank you for a great service we are getting from you all these years.

The Owner is very helpful, he understood what I needed. I will fill in the rest of the stars after I pick up my garment, its a heavy beaded dress and needs to be partially stitched for my daughters wedding. I hope it turns out as planned. You will know if I think they should get five stars on the 15th of July.

I love this place I never used there service before but when I used them they got all my t-shirts clean. There pay was wonderful and now there going to be my new cleaner.

I took a few pairs of paints here to have buttons/zippers replaced, etc., and they even dry-cleaned two of them. Great work and really affordable.
