Had a job interview the day I was going to pick it up and they had assured me it would be ready on time. I came and had to wait 45 minutes because they couldnt find it. They found only one jacket (an unprofessional velvet jacket) and then proceeded to give me a lot of attitude when I told them I couldnt wear that to my job interview. The older lady who seems to own the place was very rude... and they were the ones who screwed up! Couldnt believe it.

This place is great! Not only reasonable prices and helpful employees who know what they are doing, but also a wide range of services from caring professionals who care about you and your clothes. I have brought in many vintage/specialty garments over the years and am delighted with the results. I recommend them highly!

Worst experience ever! Lost my $65 shirt and blaming my wife for it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owner, Bobbie, does not know good customer service skills and used profanity while I was being respectful.
