I will spare many of the detail and just get my review up. I went for an oil change, and radiator flush months ago. They didnt fill my radiator back up, which lead to the radiator itself almost exploding on the freeway. When I went back minutes later I was told that they didnt top off the fluids, despite the fact it had no fluid in it, so by top off I think they meant to say, refill. Later on I found out they apparently dont top off any fluids, windshield washer, brake, power steering etc. So, dont count on that being in their service, however they will try their best to find things wrong/serviceable that do not pertain to the service you are paying for, which means it took two and half hours for an oil change and radiator flush. When I came home and wrote a negative review they offered to win me back by offering free brake pads, which I declined, I thought it a nice gesture but figured that was enough and maybe it was a mistake, also I would rather not have someone who forgot to refill a radiator touching my brakes. Then upon finding more things wrong with my car I reposted my review, at which point the owner wrote me on Saint Patricks Day, when they were closed (do the math on that, what are most people doing on that day) a condescending email where he questioned my intelligence and belittled me. I then of course took my review down again not wanting to deal with them any further, until today when I finally decided, that even if he emails me another belligerent tirade, someone needs to leave an honest review on them for any other current or potential customers. On a follow up note. Anyone reading this should know Belmont wanted to charge $250 for rear brake pads. Its not a bad deal, its only a hundred more than doing it myself. But, if you want to save money and go over to a great place. Go to Green Wheels at 1540 N. Western. They just changed both rear brake pads for $180. Make sure you call and set up an appointment.

AMAZING!!! I cannot tell you how great of an experience I had with Express. Not only were they the nicest people in the world, they did an amazing job with my car - a lot of talent in that building and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I took my Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse to Express to get un-dented, un-scratched, and re-painted (the whole 9 yards)! When I got my car back - it seriously looked better than the day I bought it (it brought a tear to my eye). They really went above and beyond. Marco (fantastic), Ken, and Armondo work there and they were phenomenal! It they really made me feel at ease leaving my car there and they called to touch base with me and let me know how things were going with my car. Also, after I had my car back for a few days, they called to follow up and see how my car was. I know i will ALWAYS go back there and also refer them as well. You can count on great customer service and they are masters at what they do - your car will be in great hands!

I will say the owner, Gary, gets things done if it escalates that far. Otherwise incompetent, incapable or uncooperative... Im not sure which of these words best describes everyone else here. I had the most awful experience with them. Somehow they thought it was acceptable to replace interior trim parts on my car with a completely different color and return the vehicle to me that way, and with a crooked steering wheel. I had to wait WEEKS to get my car back and when I finally did it was an eyesore. I will never EVER do business with these people EVER again and I recommend you STAY AWAY from this establishment. I give 1 star for them making it right after weeks of back and forth arguing with them.

If you are looking for auto repair in Chicago, than you really need to look no further.U p until recently I have only been here for oil changes. This time I needed brakes and minor body work. After sitting in the waiting room on a couple of earlier occasions to get my oil changed, I knew how Gary and his staff operated. I already knew his prices were good and his shop was well kept and treated me great! Once again they did a great job. The body work looked perfect and the price was very good! I really dont need to shop around any further for future auto repair or auto body work as long as I live in Chicago

Very impressed. Got my timing belt replaced here and the cost was very reasonable and it only took a day. They also gave me honest feedback about other belts that needed to be replaced and did so with out an additional labor cost after getting permission from me. Their final advice was to get my transmission fluid drained and replaced to increase the life of the car. I cant afford to do that right now but Ill probably take it back there to get it done! In addition, they gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off since I didnt have a ride! Now that is costumer service!

Express Auto Body did an poor job repairing my Jaguar.I was refered by my insurance to get my car fixed there. It took more then six weeks to repair the parts that they use where used or repaired damaged parts but the estimate for the repair clearly states that new parts where used and bought. After weeks of aggravation, false promises i lost days of work and hundreds on car rental. I dont recommend anyone to get there car repaid there.

We were helped by the owner. He as well as his staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop is in a very convenient location and seeing as we have a toddler, it was very nice to just walk to McDonalds while we waited. We were taken as a walk-in but were out of there within 30 minutes which was awesome. Initially, we came here because of a groupon deal but fully intend on coming here for our future auto maintenance.

I had to take my Honda Pilot three times for the same problem. And It i still not fixed. The third time they apologize and told me that they would pay for the rental but two days after I had returned the rental car they call Enterprise rent a Car and cancel the payment so Enterprise had to charge me for the Rental. This people should not be in business.

Never bring your car to this place, they did a terrible job on my car the paint job didnt match .I pay then first and went I went to picked up they gave me excuses and they current getter to match the paint. SUCK PLACE,THEY DO CHEAP JOB

NEVER,EVER GO HERE...I PAID FOR QUALITY PARTS AND MY NEW MECHANIC SAID THEY USED CHEAP ONES......HAD TO GO BACK 4 TIMES FOR SAME PART!!!!
