I had a slow leak in my tire so I brought it in to be examined. Despite them being very busy when I arrived, they took the time to examine and fix the leak on the spot. THAT is incredible service that reflects the employees directly. They are locally owned and operated in my neighborhood, and thats how they treated me, as a neighbor. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. The service I received from their fantastic staff is the reason they have my business from here on out. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know as to where to go for quality service that is done proper. Thanks again to everyone at NPAS. This has been a great experience for me where I didnt leave feeling like I was ripped off or that staff was pushing for unnecessary repairs to be done. You guys are great!

I brought my mini Cooper to them and had a full warranty on my car for a protection and not only did they make me give them a check when I had a warranty they tried to cash it twice. The car was never faxed and I had to go to someone else only to find out that I needed an entirely new engine. After my experience I rodeo preview and they have been commenting on everything that I post in the neighborhood saying that I bounced a check and then I tried to scan my insurance. This is over two years ago and theyre still commenting which I think is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a business. They needed to own up to the fact that they did not fix my car and try to cash a check when I had an extended warranty.

Ive been taking vehicles to Jim at Norwood Auto Service for nearly 10 years and will continue to do so. No surprises--when work has been needed, they let me know before it becomes an expensive emergency and Ive found them to be less expensive in the big stuff than competitors. (Rebuilt transmission was about $400 less than quoted elsewhere back in 2009 or 10) Communication is great as is customer service and the facelift to the waiting area of the shop makes it easy to...wait...if thats what you need to do. Just make an appointment if you have limited time.

I live a couple blocks from NAS, so its easy for me to get there, but Id go there even if I lived far away. These guys (and gals) are really, really responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. This goes not just for Erik and Jim, the owners(?), but all of the technicians as well. Im never surprised at the cost of a repair, they always call and let me know what theyve found, and how much it will likely cost, and they never do unnecessary repairs or incur unnecessary cost. Just a really solid group.

So many positive reviews must mean something. I found out what myself, when I dropped off my car for breaks maintenance. Excellent customer service (I was driven home and picked up when my car was ready), honest estimate (I visited a dealership service first), reasonable pricing (with pretty generous savings coupons available on their website) and quick service made me a one happy customer. To quote Arnold: "Ill be back" :)

I highly recommend NAS, not only are they reasonably priced. Theyre great with explaining whats wring. Show you old parts, pictures etc.. The honesty & good work theyve done to my vehicle has gained them my business for life. I recommend them for everything. NAS made my car feel like & drive like new again. All I received was an oil change but they also did a full car inspection and made a detailed list of what needs to be replaced immediately and in the near future...even included pictures they send to your email. The people there were also very friendly and dont try to push any other repairs on you while there.
