no stars for this business. Owner is a Scammer!!! I brought my car for repair and he told me that is not worth to repair due to my car is old. I asked him to repair it anyway. He lied that he could not, he said he junked it. Couple of days later, I saw my car drove by one of the staff in the Dempster Auto Service. I stopped by the Dempster Auto Service and complained about it. They admitted that they lied, but car can not be returned due to that they sold it to someone else. When I shared my story to my friend who had the same issues. They were and are doing this scam all the time. Owner is a scammer and need to stop the lies. BBB should investigate the business and stop this scam once and for all.

Great Place to go! Dont let the outside of this place fool you.This is a great place to take your car and the owner is a super nice guy. I am a twenty something female, so most repair shops can see dollar signs when I walk in. However, here I am never charged for them to take a look at my car, he always trys to explain the issue so that I can understand, and never does he try to up-sell me or hassle me (which is fantastic). Just fast, fair service. Usually can get to my car the same day. As far as car repair places go....honesty and integrity go a long way with me. And this places definitely has both in my book.

Been taking care of my family and I for years. Most of my relatives are serviced here. Always a great job, years ago I would see a different mechanic who always charged me for some other bullshit then I would drive away with the same issue. After going to dempster auto service Ive been satisfied ever since.

Service are getting worse since a year ago. Engine oil kept overfilled, forgot to put back the transmission oil stick ( I found out after a few weeks!), forgot to put the windshield fluid reservoir cap back and then lost the cap the other time. Used to be very good shop.
