BEWARE!! I dropped my car to be fix it and when I returned to picked up all lights were on and I ask the owner what happened and he tell me that the car was like that so I ask to check again and he was very rude with my car accelerating very rude when the car was lifted on the jack the transmission was doing a lot of bad noises, at the end he tell me that I have to change the transmission for $6,000 suddenly one of his workers tell me in secret !hey will be better if you take your car out!! so I decided to take my car out of this mechanic. finally I took the car to another mechanic and the issue was that the transmission cable was removed, surprise!! OK" AUTO REPAIR had removed the cable to charge me more money. THEY ARE ROBBERS.

Quick, accurate and free estimates upon arrival. Rapid repairs, honest and will not replace what does not need to be fixed. They are not the cleanest shop in town, but they are sure the best in terms of repairs and price. Will highly recommend to anyone that is not mechanically inclined; they will not just take the money and replace things your car does not need. They warrant their work and will take care the same problem for free if it comes back within the warranty period. They speak Korean and basic English. If during repairs they find something else that needs attention, they will call you first. And fix it after you authorize the work. If you ask they will show you the broken replaced parts without hesitation.

The worst experienced i had here today i called to changed control arm and ask about how much it will be and i havr my own part then they told me it will be 50$ and when i went there and changed they said if you pay with card it will be 100 dollars and for that stupid reason they took my card and charge 100$ whithout telling me. Please i suggest you not to go to this auto repair they are fraud.

I couldve been killed by the lousy brake job this shop performed on my vehicle as I was concerned as to why the big truck was not braking properly, until the dealer told me that the brakes were installed incorrectly and that some parts were missing. The brake caliper also broke due to improper installation. I would highly advise to STAY AWAY from Ok Auto and to go elsewhere.

Very good prices!!! Fast Work!! and they are very honest!! They dont rip you off and they will ask for your confirmation before further work unless that part must be fixed for the car to operate!!

Great work at excellent prices. They did an excellent job on my timing belt, brakes, and right front fender quickly and at prices well below other garages.
