After realizing that my rear passenger window had been shattered, and my childrens toys, books, and video-games had been stolen, I was emotionally exhausted. I loathe taking my car to anyone who I dont trust and that is exactly what I expected when I called American Family Insurance to have them find me somewhere to take my car for repairs. I have had numerous problems finding a reputable automotive shop to take my vehicle in the Chicago area. This was by far, the most pleasant and easy-going experience I have had with an automotive repair shop. I will be returning here for fair prices, work done correctly and on-time, and the best customer service I have ever received in Chicago. Not only did they recognize me as I walked in the door, but Julie was more than willing to set me up with whatever services I needed. They also speak three different languages fluently - English, Spanish, and Polish. I was so impressed. They have rental cars if your service requires a lengthy time and they also volunteered to help me even though my call came in late on a Friday afternoon. I was worried about the car surviving the rain, and two gentlemen came out to put "super plastic" over the window so that no rain would seep into the car over the weekend. The shop was extremely busy which worried me for a while until I realized that it had to be busy for a reason! I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop ~ thank you so much B & M Auto!!!

Waiting four weeks for my vehicle and yet to receive til this very day, lack of communication, first they decided it was okay to not inform me they were waiting to get the approval from my insurance because of the amount of damages, when I was originally told they would start ordering parts the same day as drop off, secondly I was given a pick up date and confirmed with my insurance because I have a rental. And now that I call to check in( took me to call them) they tell me my vehicle will not be ready for the scheduled date because they ordered the wrong parts. Mind you I was just in Tuesday when they told me it would be ready and even pointed out other work that can be used to my vehicle. Money hungry thieves, God forbid Im in another car accident, I will NEVER return to place. I still dont have a date that my vehicle will be ready, and Im paying for this rental thru my insurance as Im sure everyone knows only pays a limited amount. Awful communication, as a business I would except them to notify me of any issues or mistakes.

I took my car (2002 Lexus RX300) to B & M Auto Collision Center on 4440 West Addison, located in Chicago, Illinois for repair. My car was hit in the driver back end while park. My first visit was to verify the damage and give information regarding my insurance company (American Family), B & M Auto employees were great and very friendly. But this friendless turn out to be a mask. I called after 25 days to check on the status on the repair because my rental policy was going to run out. Brian, one of your employee there and the contact person for my case told me the car was going to be ready in 2 days Finally after 40 days of my car being in your shop it was going to be ready They did not completely fix the problem and they even created new problems for my car.

I had an accident in 2009 with my 2010 Toyota, and took the car to B&M,(recommended by AmFam insurance).It took them more time than the original estimate, because the car was so new they said, but they did a great job.My car was completely damaged on right side, front, and some on left side too.It was a major job.When I got my car back, i could not tell it was ever in an accident.I have experience with cars, as I have owned many cars and worked on them, but I could not tell where they worked on my car.I spoke mostly with Konrad, friendly and professional person. I do recommend this shop to anyone.As I said in the beginning, took more time, but they did a great job.

My car was damaged in an accident. I took my car to B&M as suggested by insurance company. They fixed my car in just several days. The quality of their repair is so good that the car looks like new from manufacture. Complimentary car was is included. The front desk receptionist is polite and professional, finishing all paper works for me in no time. Highly recommended. One of the best body shops in Chicago.

They did very good job! My Odyssey was in small accident, front bumper, right fender and front right door needed to be fixed and painted. I left my car on Monday and was ready to pickup after 11 days! They offered very competitive price for the job too. Highly recommend this shop if you need to fix your car.

I had my car fixed there and when I picked it I forgot where the accident was and I had a s500 Benz so u would think it would be notice able but it looked as good as new
