***SCAM ALERT*** My experience was HORRIBLE! I have a classic car that needed new paint as there were two rust spots on it but the car was basically in mint condition. They took my car NO ONE EVER called me to tell me " hey we sanded down your car on those two rust spots and there was some bondo and minor rust so we wont be able to warranty your car after our paint job" I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL. No one even informed me of this after I picked up my car. I went back home and further inspected my car and seen that there were horrible sand marks all over my fenders and quarter panels, I was fuming! Now I brought it back and MR. PAUL (top security at the front desk) keeps saying TIM (the owner) & VAL (owner) are out of town and Val does not deal with customers even though its HIS BUSINESS! & making all excuses he can think of. Paul informed me they can not warranty the car because there was bondo in those 2 spots WHICH NO ONE EVER CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME OF! NOWW we are in a bonding contract because we signed BUT NOW they have to warranty my car otherwise IM SUEING FOR BREAKING OUR CONTRACT! On top of that I had received a ticket in the mail stating that I had gotten a $60 ticket in front of their business for no front license plate !!! When I clearly pulled the car up into their shop and they closed the door behind me. I had asked them to shave the 2 license plate holes in the front of my car so that was their excuse as to why my plate was not on. BUT is this their first day in the City of Chicago? OR EVEN STATE OF ILLINOIS?! Where by law, you have to have a front and back plate?! When I picked my car up someone had taken the ticket off my window and jury rigged a coat hanger to hold my plate in the front so someone knew I received a ticket and pulled it off the window and threw it away because in the picture of when I received my ticket in the mail the plate was not there. TIM told me to bring my car in and they will discuss and fix the paint and reimburse me. ON THAT PHONE CALL HE STILL DID NOT EVEN MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT MY CAR NOT BEING WARRANTIED BECAUSE OF THOSE 2 BONDO SPOTS. I get there and now TIM is magically not there and Paul said we will not pay your ticket and he was in my face fighting me about it when the CO OWNER TIM said they would. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! IDC HOW MANY PORSCHES, CORVETS, MASERATIS THEY HAVE THERE AND FLAUNT IN YOUR FACE AS TO HOW NICE THE WORK IS THERE. THOSE CARS ARE EITHER OWNED BY THE OWNER TO FLAUNT AND FISH PEOPLE IN OR PEOPLE WHO OWN THOSE CARS ARE GETTING SCAMMED AS WELL! SAVE YOURESELF AND DO NOT GO THERE!

I cried from my experience here. Took 45 days to get my car back, IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR HERE, AND ITS NOT TOO LATE, PICK IT UP, SAVE YOURSELF. The job they did was HORRIBLE, things are never going to be the same, nothing aligns properly, paint looks cakey, like they sprayed too much to try to cover and fill in blemishes. My car was BRAND NEW. What a shame. I have tried to get some resolution, but all I get is excuses, I guess since Im a woman I know nothing about cars, and what they look like. Tim will say anything to make you shut up and believe what hes saying to you, excuses excuses, and good luck getting him to stop bragging about all the different cars theyve fixed and how many porsches and benzes they fix, and what great work they do. Sad part is once you get scammed, theres nothing you can do.

This place is a complete joke. Horrible customer service and bad quality of paint. Tim and val dont take care of the cars while they are in their hands. There are also no updates on the car during the whole process. NO LIFETIME WARRENTY AT THIS SHOP. When I had my car painted there it was not done right. Over spray on half of the car, orange peel, and clear coat issues. When I called to have it repaired they said they can fix it but will void my warrenty! what kind of shop does that?? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

People, working there, dont know how to estimate their time and wont honor their promises. Service for my car, originally estimated as 3-4 weeks job, took nearly 6 weeks. Last week I called them every day, and every time it was tomorrow or next day we will finish. Finally, Ive been told I can come and take my car. Ive replied Ill do it tomorrow (it was afternoon). Ive come next day, guess what? Car was not ready and I waited for one more hour.

My car was towed to the Body Shop after a nasty front-end accident at Ridge and Peterson. The repairs took a while and I wasnt sure what to expect, but when they said my car was ready, they were right! Id never be able to tell that the entire front had been collapsed in -- my car looked like new.

They do great work for reasonable rates. Doesnt matter if its insurance work or not, these guys take care of you and stand behind their work. I brought my 15 year old Honda in here and felt as though I was treated with the same attention as the $200K Mercedes SLS they had in the shop.

I brought my car to the body shop and was told that it will be completed in 3 busness days after the parts come. I found out 2 days later that my car was done. The managers are very friendly and offered me a great discount. I would recomment their services to anyone.

Very Nice and Fast I dont know what happened to Lindsay but this place is amazing I have taken my Durango there 2 times and both times they have been very nice and helpful. My car has always turned out amazing and If somthings happens (I hope not but)I will be back!

Val the owner is the best!!! His people did a great job, and I was updated during the whole repair by Martin. My car was ready in no time, and the final bill was $235 cheaper than I was originally quoted. Thank you guys!!!
