Hi my name is Alex Anderson and I had my car serviced at Fix Auto. So once again I am disappointed in the service I received. On 08-21-2017 I gave Fix Auto my car to have the door serviced. So I spoke to the jester at Lexus about the issues. I express to him I wanted two areas touched up the inside door for the driver side the front and one area on the hood. On 08-23-2017 at approximately 10:20 a.m. I received a text message from Fix Auto saying I would be updated. Followed by pictures of my car apart work in progress . At about 10:50 a.m. the service manager called me name Jack saying, I dont want any trouble out of you regarding your car. I took this as a joke from our our first encounter . ( He had painted my car before and I wanted my car to be one solid color which is why I took it back to fix Auto ). My words to him was can you match up the paint if you service my car. His response was yes so I ended the call so he would start on the repairs. On 08-24-2017 I spoke with Jack regarding painting my rear bumper. So since he had both of my bumpers off of my car I figured it wouldnt be a issue. Check declined to paint my old bumper and a new bumper if I was to buy one . Then he fast talk me and gave me a few excuses as to why he was not going to do it. Saying things like oh I cant match up the paint and the bumper has been painted before just a whole bunch of nonsense. So at this point I wanted to take my car, but he was in the middle of the repairs I was in disbelief. On 08-30-2017 I received a call saying my car was ready .Okay fine so I went to Fix Auto to retrieve my car. Only to find my car with lower panel damage. Which he touched up with paint at both ends. So when I asked Jack about it he said that the damage was already there and that he touched it up as I requested. I expressed that the pictures that they took proves that I was telling the truth about the damage. I got nowhere with him so I took my car home . So I let my window down for some fresh air but upon putting it back up the outside molding came off. 08-31-2017 I spoke with Jack and explain to him the problem the next day. Jack response to me was that I had to get State Farm involved. I was in utter disbelief. So after speaking with State Farm and State Farm Asher me that fix Auto would fix my problem I reluctantly took my car back to fix Auto. That evening I took my car back to fix Auto gave the keys to chat with the molding hanging off because I couldnt put it back on. Check returned a few minutes later and gave you my keys and when I asked about the lore panel he handed me my keys gave me the silent treatment and said he would not fix it. So now tomorrow I have to reach back out to State Farm God I wish I just would have took my car somewhere else.

Unfortunately i had to take my car here; fortunately it was towed here. They are a lexus certified and State farm silver star (?) repair facility, which made everything a little more bearable. They are trusted by State farm with their estimates so an estimator doesnt need to come out and look at the car. This cuts down on the turnaround time by a couple days Id say. I was also relieved to know that McGrath Lexus send all of their business here. Hernan was my service advisor and he always kept me up to date. They finished my car 3 days ahead of scheduled and gave my car a thorough cleaning before I got there. Nothing but praise for this place.

Jack and his team really came though and repaired & painted my spoiler for my 2008 Eclipse and it looks great. I couldnt be happier with the customer service and the finished result. This company knows what theyre doing!! The lobby is big with free coffee and the receptionist, Maria, is so nice!! Thank you Fix Auto Chicago! Im a very happy customer!!!
