Took my 2016 Avalon for repair. Everyone in the office was great and so was Ivan the person I interacted with after repair. But repair vice no different then other cheating bodyshops who cut corners. I was told the car would be ready by 5PM but I had to wait more than an hour for the car to get ready after I got there. When I went to pickup my car the first time, I noticed multiple spots on the car where the car wasnt properly painted, scratches on chrome back quarter panel and on trim and my radio not functional. I was told to bring in back it after a few days as I needed the car. I decided to give them another chance to make things right, they repaired. However when I went to pickup from my car the second time the leather on my seat was scratched and the back quarter panel interior trim. This was scratched at time of removal of glass. The glass as per Ivan was removed two times first during the first repair which damaged the rubber seal. When I pointed the missing paint area second time and damaged interior, Gerber staff wrote will repair if liable to which I argued and they agreed to repair however the back quarter panel trim is something they claim was not their fault and I would get a call from their manager (he was in a meeting at the moment apparently) after he reviews. I dont appreciate having the blame put on me for their damage. The interior trim was damaged by Gerber when the glass was removed either the first time or second time. Today is day 3, I am waiting for a call from their manager even after calling corporate no response or followup call. Its not easy to take off work even with loss of pay to pick/drop the car off multiple times.

Everyone in the office was great, all incredibly friendly and helpful. They were thorough throughout the process of inspecting and repairing my car. The only issue I had was when it came time to pick up my car. I got a phone call a couple days ahead reminding me to pick up the car, they told me on the phone that the only remaining work to be done was repainting and finishing. Only I later discovered that there had been a problem somewhere in that process and the painters had neglected to tell the office. So when I arrived to pick up my car, I had to leave empty-handed and come back a couple days later. Everyone in the office was apologetic and understanding, though it was still obviously a hassle for everyone involved. In the end, my car was returned in wonderful condition and they even cleaned the interior, so Im still pleased with all of the work done.

They did a great job with my Genesis. The repair was much faster than I expected. They also washed, waxed and cleaned the interior before returning my baby to me. Enterprise keeps rentals on site, so that was very convenient. They staff was friendly, courteous and kept me informed. They exceeded my expectations and I would choose them again.

Omg! Ha experience! So far. Brought my truck in for an estimate, appointment took about 10 minutes for a crushed door, scheduled 5 days later for repair. Dropped it off, and not only did they have a rental ready, it was a truck to replace what I dropped off. Customer service was impeccable, five stars all the way!

The girls in the office were very nice. Michael took care of my car and he was great. Funny and friendly. Plus my new bumper looks AMAZING.
