I have had my car there being "fixed" with car care for almost 4 weeks now! They said it was going to be fixed by Thursday. I called them Thursday - no answer. Called them Sunday - no answer. Call them Wednesday if the following week! - no answer! I had to call three more times before someone picked up. Was told that I wasnt calling them because hes there all day long... He proceeded to tell me that my car still isnt fixed! I asked him when will it be ready. He told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. That was 2.5 hours ago. I call them - No answer !!! Do yourself a HUGE favor - Go somewhere else

They cut corners and return cars as completed but its not. I have body work done there, for what was a minor fender bender it took 3 months to get it fixed. When I got it back it was not done correctly. Parts were misaligned and the front brakes were not even bolted down properly. I had to do the job over myself. Do yourself a favor find another body shop that will do the job the way it should and not just collect the money for a job not done up to par.
