I totally damaged the whole passenger side of my car , coming out of a parking lot and catching the fire hydrant that was hiding to my right as I turned. To make matters worse , when I first heard the sound I didnt realize what it was and so I continued to tear through both doors and the back. After making a claim with my insurance , the adjuster came to my work to assess the damage. His estimate was $ 1800 , which seemed really low , by looking at the extent of the damage. Not that I would know . A co-worker had just fixed his suv at National Body Works , and he was very happy with the repair so i called and made an appointment. The first thing I noticed when I got there was all the competition ( 3 body shops within 1 block ) & yet they were busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly . The owner , Sasan explained to me that its always better to have the adjuster go to a shop to see the car & assess the damage . because ,he said ,he will disassemble the car and find all the hidden damage with the adjuster present so the estimate he writes would be accurate, Preventing delays and maximizing my coverage . something to keep in mind if I ever damage my car in the future. He called my insurance for a re-inspection; my rent a car arrived and I left. 3 days later he called to tell me that the final estimate the insurance approved is $ 3345.00 . thats almost double the original estimate. He said that many insurances like to skip out on a lot of necessary steps in the repair to save money. but his job is to fight for the customer. That was good to hear. the best part is that he gave me a $500 discount by applying discount coupons to my bill. So its like not paying my deductable .A week and half later I went to pick up my car & WOW.... What accident ? it was perfect . she was detailed & looking great. They even repaired the dent I had on my front fender , at no charge. Im so happy!!!

I visited three body shops before I decided to go with National Body Works. From the moment I walked in, I knew the Owner was honest and upfront. I had no problem leaving my 2014 Audi S4 which by the way is my baby in full confidence and boy was I right. To top it all off, when I came to pick up my car, the Owner Sassan surprised me with a $50.00 gift certificate and applied extra discounts so I didnt have to pay my deductible. He also buffed out a scratch on my hood that Ive been trying to get out myself without me even asking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars for their honesty and integrity. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. This place rocks and they make sure they take care of your car. If youre as nutty about your car as I am, call National Body Works. My car looks great.
