I have been calling Charlie about any updates and quotes for my car.. and is been almost a month and not once did he call me back for any feedback. I always have to call him and ask about my car. He said itll be done within two weeks if not less and unfortunately is been a little over two weeks. I am very upset about this. Maybe Charlie and his mechanics arent putting the effort they need on my car because of my insurance but still he could have at least keep me updated especially because I call him and bug him about that.. Im not even pleased with them anymore. It got annoyed and frustrated. I have been playing the waiting game longer than I should have with this shop. All my money has been going on Uber and Lyft and is sad when you have a 2-year old as well. not good!

I really LOVE these GUYS ,Charlie and his staff are the best, they fixed my damaged car in 4 days at the most reasonable price , you better stop in here before going any where else ,tell them that karin sent you ,you WIL NOT BE disapointed !!!!!!!
