Dont usually write reviews, but this really couldnt be ignored. Not a bad place. Just know what theyre about before you sign up. The whole "we dont want people who have muscles to scare people who dont"...I get it. If people need that to feel comfortable at the gym, great. Whatever works. BUT... This huge space and they have and no benches no squat rack. Im no body builder or even a particularly big guy, at all. But these are essential to some very key lifts that are a big part of weight training. They have 3 Smith machines, which seemed great. But anyone looking to bench press, military press, bent over row, rack pull, dead lift, squat, or any number of other lifts you do with a free bar, are going to be in line to use them. Even outside of peak hours you are gonna be waiting. Treadmills as far as the eye can see, with no one using them...but if you are lifting you have to wait (and usually a good while). There is more than enough room in this place. I get they dont want big muscle men intimidating people by working out. But when regular men and women cant get a full workout in because they cut out essential equipment to basically any lifting routine, I think thats pretty silly. 2 benches and a squat rack would SERIOUSLY upgrade an otherwise decent gym. Staff is nice. Members are cool. Just obnoxious having to wait so long everytime or alter my workout. Its to the point where I have to reconsider membership....which sucks.

I wish I could give Planet Fitness Little Village "0" Stars! The customer service here is disgusting. I was turned away because of a problem with THEIR computers to check me in! The situation could have been handled in a better way, however the staff at this location did not. I will not be returning to this location ever.

The worst people ( sales) to deal with if I were the owner Ill fire them in heart beat .... to the owner man this people dont have any idea how to do business you are losing money left to right FN. laziest not a clue hoe to treat customers ... I am going to xsport fitness more expensive but They treat good

Not a bad gym. Good and complete equipment for its afordable price. My only complaint is that the dumbbells only go up to 60lb!? Wtf Planet Fitness? Thats like paying to drive a mustang that tops out at 60mph!? Please get heavier dumbbells and I will rate you 5 stars.

Love this planet fitness, always clean and organized. The staff are all great people, I got help from Gil, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also gave me some great workout tips. Awesome gym to go to, with awesome employees, highly recommend it.

I have the menbresia Black, and very seldom I come to this gym, and when I come I ask you to give me a couple of coins for the masage machines, and they only give me one, and in the machines there are no people.
