I used Premier Construction for the replacement of windows and glass block window on my rental property. It was a big project as there were more than 50 windows. I never purchased windows before so I went to great lengths with my own research and talked to numerous window contractors in the process. With Premier I was able to work directly with the owner regarding the appropriate windows for my building (styles, color, energy efficiency etc.).…. Everything went smoothly. From dealing with the girls in the office regarding paperwork, scheduling and all warranty information. In a manner to not disrupt my tenants the windows were installed quickly and the crew was super clean. I would highly recommend Premier Construction for window replacement projects.

After our business suffered damage from a fire, we called on Premier for the gut-rehab. In a trying time it was so wonderful to work with such a professional and dedicated company. Their patience and understanding was the icing on the cake, of the wonderful quality of their work. I am more than satisfied with the selection of wood and laminate they had, their workmanship and the finished product. The contractors also did a good job of cleaning up once the project was complete. My floors are beautiful and it was a pleasure doing business with Premier.
