Chicagoland Remodeling Inc (CR) completed the remodel within a reasonable budget. After a whole process I can say that Chicagoland Remodeling is the best home remodeling contractor in Chicagoland area!. Communication was maintained throughout, with everyone responsive to phone calls/text/emails/requests. Their list of distributors was helpful in the purchase of all items. Most of the material I purchased thru CR. It was evident they have a successful and respectful relationship with the Suppliers, which was great because is saved approximate $ 4500.00, based on my quote that I received from Suppliers working on my own. Wally was on time, professional and easy to talk with at the initial visit and at the meeting with the team assigned to the project. He listened to the goals I had in mind for the rooms and followed up with a detailed proposal and information packet. Izabela, took care of all paperwork with the Village, scheduled inspections and coordinated orders and the delivery of all materials. She was on-site in response to all phone calls and emails, listened to my concerns and followed through in getting things done. Jack, Mike, Damian and Conrad, who did the work were exceptional-- efficient, hard working and knowledgeable about how things work and how things should be done. They fixed and re-did a few things I pointed out, or that they noticed. Jack answered questions, explained things and a few times offered experienced advice. Watching and asking questions during the actual work was not a problem. I felt comfortable speaking up about something that was not acceptable and the CR team followed through on their mission of customer satisfaction. And when the bathroom tiles were not what I had ordered, they worked on other things and were patient while I re-searched and reordered new tiles. Izabela & Wally listened to my goals/needs for the kitchen and was most helpful designing various layouts. The final plan maximized the use of space resulting in lots of storage and countertop work areas. From our meetings she got a sense of the style I was looking for and gave valuable advice on choices for cabinets while answering all my questions. Wojtek who did wallpaper installation was great, he prepared walls before he install wallpaper, so they were smooth and you barely see any seams. I need to mention that our wallpaper was not easy to install. Last but not least Roofing and siding team (Ted, Greg & Derek) also did an amazing job installing new roof and siding on our house, house looks like brand new, we chose to install vinyl D4 siding and looks stunning with the rest of the house made from bricks with different color trims around windows and doors. Though there were a few issues and glitches however over all the project was a huge success. Already a year has passed and everything is fine. Because of CRs team approach and their stance on developing company/client relations, I have recommended them and would hire them again for future projects.

After looking around for a contractor to do work on our house we came across Chicagoland Remodeling. We taught getting our kitchen remodeled would be a nightmare. But Wally the estimator came out and gave us a quote to update our old kitchen with a newer look. To add on to the things he offered was he said to stop by his office and his secretary Izabela would help us by offering different cabinets, and countertops looks to help ease the pain on which design to chose. That helped us a lot because we saw many different cabinet designs after looking around from store to store. To top it off we also did a glass tile backsplash for a nice clean look. We are happy that we came across Chicagoland to do our work even though they might not be the cheapest but their quality of work is great. I would recommended them to anyone who needs any interior work done especially a kitchen.

Wow. We hired this company to redo our kitchen and the results were stunning. The backsplash is colorful and adds just the right pop of color. The new appliances are high quality. The countertops are sleek and modern and so different from the worn down things we had before. I used to dread spending time in the kitchen and now I love it.
