My uncle has been deceased for almost two months and we still dont have his remains. We were given a certificate with a different mans name on it, and when we tried to return it that day, we were told to bring it back next week. The director said she accidentally overcharged us, so we were given a refund. I cannot name all the mistakes theyve made but BEWARE

This funeral home is the best in the world. The staff is clean, genuine and caring. Not only were they always professional but compassionate and friendly. They are more than acommendating as my family has use their services for several decades. The best funeral home on the south side for sure. You choose the best with them instead of settling for less.
