Classes are too big. Consider that this is the only review written in the last year. Beware their enrollment policies. Weve done several classes with them with multiple children but then didnt go for several months. We purchased a Groupon from them that was either for NEW MEMBERS or for CURRENT MEMBERS. We signed up for new member rate (because we havent been active for >6 weeks). Flying High says that we do not qualify for the Groupon because we do not apply. Even Flying High said the Groupon was "misleading" and still will not honor the pricing. This is the second time we fell into the "neither" category. You either go every week to maintain your status or you get treated poorly for the rest of your time trying to enroll your kids. Poor Poor Customer Loyalty

Ive got friends and relatives who have sent (and are still sending) their kids to Flying High for years and it is the most dynamic and fun place Ive seen of its type. The staff is what makes this THE place for gymnastics; they love what theyre doing and make the kids feel special. Whether its just for fun or for their competitive teams, the kids thrive here and it shows in the huge smiles I always see. Parents put in a lot of time and personal effort here that it feels like an extended family. Ive made new friends here just by my being a visitor during club events. I wish there was a place like Flying High when I was a kid. Great great place!

This review comes from a former worker at Flying High....I feel that it was too unorganized.... the classes were too big and every class started at the same time. There was fraternizing and favoritism with other workers if you get hired as a cheerleading or dance instructor you will get sucked into teaching gymnastics classes and not everyone wants to teach that but they sure manipulate you into doing it...There was 11 positions posted on the website and the HR told people that all those positions were filled...really? then why are they posted on the website? Seems misleading to consumers.... I wouldnt recommend working there!!

Our daughter just attended a meet hosted by Flying High. I was very impressed with the heart that went into running this event. It was well organized and well run. I could make the assumption that any organization that manages an event of this nature with the heart and attention to detail exhibited would be a wonderful place to have your son or daughter train. It was a wonderful day! To speak to KJ and the cleanliness of the gym, anyone who has trained, or has had a son or daughter train in gymnastics, knows its very difficult to keep up with the chalk dust. To me its just a sign of lots of hard work from the gymnasts.

Ive spent a lot of time in a lot of gyms like this, and this facility and its teachers have all be really terrific. My 4 year old has now taken ballet, gymnastics, tae-kwon-do and hip hop and in all cases the instructors were really really terrific. And with the exception of martial arts, the class size and student/teacher ration were awesome. The tae-kwon-do class was overcrowded, but when I asked if there was a smaller one, they switched us right away. The instructors really got to know my quiet daughter fast, which made her very happy and comfortable after other less positive experiences elsewhere. Love it!

This place is phenomenal for people of all ages. They host everything from birthday parties for the little ones to the highest level of professional gymnastics training. The instructors have a lot of experience and use efficient methods of teaching. They can communicate proper technique for all skills, from the most basic to most advanced. The facility is amazing to play around in or to get some serious training. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face! Its a fun, and safe place for kids to learn and be using their bodies!

Not sure how these great ratings got here. The gym is filthy dirty and it smells. I understand that it is a gym - but the entire place needs to be scrubbed down. In addition - I am not very impressed with the instruction that my children are receiving. I watched my son in his class this evening and he spent most of the time doing push ups and waiting around. I really wish someone would open a gym in the western suburbs that was clean, catered to children and was managed by adults. I will not be going back.

I have attended several birthday parties at Flying High and have had the opportunity to watch a few classes. As a school teacher I was amazed at not only the amount of physical education, but academic as well. Students were quizzed on math facts, geography, and shapes while working in class. From my experience, Flying High Gymnastics not only develop considerate, focused athletes; but helps to create a well rounded person.

Just spent 20 minutes calling Flying High with all recordings, my daughter has been going to gymnastics there and loves it, however my son started day camp there today, I was delayed @ the doctors office and called to let them know Im runing 5-10 minutes late, NO ANSWER, all recordings, so I can give them 3/5 stars for gymnastics, 1 star for the camp, no excuse for not having a live person answer the phone, NONE!

My daughter LOVES this gym! Its very aparent that the staff has a genuine concern for not only the fun & gymnastics but the safety of the kids. Theyre doing so many great new events these days too. Lots of fun things. Im so glad Flying High is in my area.

My 2yo started gymnastics and her first class was the night after a big snow and all the other kids were a no show and she had the whole room to herself and had a wonderful time with Ms. Natalie. We enjoyed it!

It was extremely hot in the upstairs party room even though the hostess talked to the employees about it. My son enjoyed going and will return, hopefully with the air conditioning turned on.

Very busy during open gym, yet plenty of staff to keep it safe. Cafe for food and drinks is exceptionally well priced. Plenty of activities to burn the kids energy!

Ive only been to the open play for young kids a few times but the kiddos definitely love it. Gives us something to do when its rainy and cold outside.

We love little tykes time! So much for the kids to do and a great, social way to expend energy, especially on bad weather days!
