When I arrived the hair dresser told me it would be 15 minutes wait, which I waited for patiently. I was on a time schedule and was hoping I could get a hair cut within 45 minutes of the time I arrived. After 20 minutes waiting, then then told me it would be 20 minutes, no kidding.. Ive already been sitting there for 20 minutes. Then after 30 minutes, and I would have been next for a quick trim, a customer walked in and started asking the hairdresser about product, while I sat there in shock that this hair dresser would actually have me sit there waiting while she tried to help someone choose product, which she didnt end up purchasing anyway. I WALKED OUT! I couldnt believe it! I wasted 35 minutes of my time waiting for this sub standard hair dresser. I ended up going to Super Cuts and got in immediately and was out in 15 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE RUDE, AND THEY DONT DO A VERY GOOD JOB!!!!!!

Poor service here, I received the exact opposite of what I asked for, which was long tapered layers so that my hair would lay in a v shape in the back, not straight across. After the first go around, I pointed out to the stylist that my hair wasnt really in a v shape, so she went in and "corrected" it by making it blunt, yet again, and shorter. At that point she had taken off so much length (something I requested also was to leave as much length as possible) that I said enough is enough, paid, and left. Not a bad haircut, but not what I asked for, and certainly not what I wanted to spend forty dollars on.

Stylist did exact opposite of what was asked...I even stated how much I hate boy hair cut ...short in back, long on top & its what I got. I said I wanted to keep it long. Listen to what clients say... We dont speak "stylist" so if you ask a question that contradicts what they ask for Clarify!! Hate his hair...just in time for pics. Just fricking perfect. Not to mention...a horrible job. Uneven & patchy. He looks horrible.

I just went in and I waited an hour. 2 people showed up after me who were also walk ins went before me. When it was finally my turn I told the lady what I wanted in detail and gave her specific not to dos. She did the opposite of what I said. Very unpleased and wont return.

Love this place. I always go to Lupe ! I can always trust her with my hair. I usually just get a trim from her and get my eyebrows waxed every 2 weeks. Super friendly place.

Butchered my sons hair when specific instructions were addressed before the hair-cut. One store ruined the reputation of all Hair Cuttery. Wont be going there any time soon!

Its hair lady, they didnt hack of a limb. Take a deep breath, go out and buy a Flo-Bee and do the Bieber hair-doo yourself. My wife loves this place ... Go there.
