First off, if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. For the most part my experiences with Great Clips have been good but the people here dont listen. I told them that I only wanted 1 inch off and they ended up taking 2 inches off and making my hair cut look like trash, as if a child did it. They also cant do one of the most basic techniques for hair which is outrageous; they cut my hair at an angle because of the way I styled it. This is the worst place to ever get your hair cut. Theres an amazing Great Clips near gurnee mills, IL. The people who give this place above a 3 star rating arent real customers!

This is honestly the worst place to get your haircut, the people who cut your hair could care less about how it would actually turn out. They ruined my hair twice and not once have they ever took their time to make my haircut nice, they always rush it so the turn out would just be bad. The only reason why I came back is because there was one guy who cut my hair so good I had to come back and get my haircut their again. Turns out the guy doesnt even work their anymore... probably because he knows how bad the people are their. If you want to pay 13$ for a bad haircut go for it. REALLY dont recommend to come here

My brother and I went for a regular cut and we were both severly unsatisfied with quality of our cuts. There was only one employee there, so my haircut was interrupted multiple times. Sections of my hair were missed and most of my dead ends are still here because she didnt give any attention to detail. I will not be returning to this location and I suggest others find somewhere else in the beautiful city of Lake Geneva to take their business.

I was just in to get my 20 month old son a hair cut. He hates every aspect of getting his hair cut, but the stylist didnt let that phase her. She worked quickly and accommodated him as well as she could. We had no wait time either. All around, a good experience, I will surely be back.
