Even if you make an online check-in and you get their on time. They tell you an exta wait time. Example..online wait time said 32min. So I waited to go till closer to that time. When I got their they said another 35min. What is the online check-in for than? They said thats only an estimated wait time as well. 67min. to wait for a hair cut? I dont think so.

Went in this morning with my 9 yr. Old & theres just no expressions on these ladies. They all look like theyre miserable. I just wish theyd at least smile at the kids but no theyre all mopey. Cheer up, pretend youre happy at least.

Clean, no wait, but staff has no sense of humor. Tried to joke around while checking in and stylist was very brusque. Not like they are super busy, watching another stylist state out the window, waiting for a client.

Had my hair cut by Charlotte. She didnt shave enough around my ears. I went back in to have her round it off but it looks terrible! She wasnt much help.
