My experience was awful. I asked her to put in layers in the back and the sides, the only thing she did was a very basic trim and thinned it out some. She was in such a hurry Im not even sure my hair was completely wet when she washed it and conditioned it.i have very thick hair and she only used one pump of product. I was using a gift card I got for my birthday and unfortunately it was a total waste of my card. I would never let her cut my hair again. Even w waiting at the front I wasnt in the place more than 20 minutes... terribly experience.

My daughter got her hair cut at the place in town that everyone says is unique and special. She saved up, she almost never cuts her hair so it was a huge deal. They totally messed up the haircut and she was so bummed. She went to this Hair Cuttery and they did such an awesome job of fixing it. Great job!!

I went in very disheveled for me: hair and color way overgrown. I am soooo pleased with my results! Great color and cut! Also the first time I personally tried waxing of the eyebrows etc and couldnt be happier. Thanks Jess!!!!!

My husband got a hair cut here from Robin and she cut his sideburns totally uneven. Had to fix them when we got home.
