They follow their notes too religiously. I understand why they have them, but if a customer asks you to cut it shorter, then cut it shorter. Dont argue your point about why it should be this way or that because of the note, just cut it shorter and make it work because that is what I am paying you to do. The guy cutting my hair made me feel like he knew more about my hair than I did. After I left I went home and cut the longer hairs he missed myself. Also, when I got to the car, I had a couple big clumps of cut hair stuck to my face where the guy didnt even brush off the excess hair. Not going back.

I explained to the stylist exactly what I want it done with my hair. I was so excited to get the stylist that I had, as she had just done a cut very similar to what I wanted. the cut she had done was shorter than what I wanted, and I explain to her that I wanted my sides and back longer than what she had done, and I wanted my bangs very choppy. when she finished, the cut with exactly like the woman before me, not what I had asked for! I was very disappointed, as the next day was my sons wedding! I seriously doubt that I will be returning!

Service sucks been waiting for over an hour even when I checked in on website and was informed that waiting time was less than 20 minutes people waking in where served and I was waiting WHAT A SERVICE. Also last time I got hair cut they mess it up Pure joke that place should be closed down for good -20 stars BEWARE

I made an appointment online and there was little waiting time when I arrived. The people there were super nice and the stylist had a good understanding of the cut I wanted plus it was done for a good price! Overall would go again!
