Staff at the register was really rude the last two times Ive shopped here. I really want/try to give people the benefit of the doubt especially when working retail since it can be a pain. However, the employees Ive had issues with, including the manager, just need to chill. They werent informed about current sales and promotions and wanted to argue with me about coupons and sale items. I was wrong on one issue and readily admitted/apologized for not understanding that specific sale, but everything else I tried to ask about was met with an extreme attitude. Its truly a hit or miss with employees here. Recently, its just a big miss.

While I really like ULTA, Im iffy about this location, mainly because while you can get decent customer service depending on who is there, overall its very impersonal. For example, theyll ask if I need any help or say hello as theyre zipping by to "assist" another customer or while theyre gossiping with a friend/coworker. I have noticed during the multiple times Ive been there, hardly any of the employees seem to know the product the stores sell or know basic make up questions for those new to it all. Which makes me wonder how half of them even got the job.

My first experience was great. They helped so much more. Although I was just browsing the associate asked if I needed help. My second trip I actually needed help. I went in to purchase foundations but needed to be matched. Maybe it was my mistake going in with makeup but she applied foundation on top of my other foundation. Luckily the one I was wearing was a true match to my skin tone so I lucked up. I guess I shouldve done that on my first visit and I wouldve been fine where the employees actually seemed to want to help.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. It is not always easy to find things or specific brands given the layout of the store. A lot of products are mixed up, in the wrong spot or have incorrect price tags. Not enough staff for the size of the store and its not easy to tell who the employees are. One has to hunt them down and ask if they work here.

Not sanitary looking and nobody knew how to answer my questions. Too big and too many choices. I would rather shop at a smaller shop and get personal service.
