Refused to do an eyebrow wax after stating "it looks like shes been in the sun". After explaining that that was not the case and my daughters skin was flushed due to allergies, I was told I didnt know know what I was talking about. She was more concerned that "Im the one doing the waxing" and it could possibly look bad on her than listening to a mother who knows her child.

Awful experience. Hairstylist sat me down and didnt ask for my preferences or anything and started cutting. Terrible lines. Terrible haircut all together. I highly dont recommend this store. They cant even do a simple haircut for a guy.
