My hair is completely fried and ruined. Yesterday I went in for a trim and color. My hair is balayage and it was beautiful and healthy I just wanted to refresh my look. Ive been growing it out for two years and rarely color it. I should have known better than to let anyone I dont know touch it. Just my luck. I go in and got someone that had no idea what they were doing. She bleached a whole chunk of my hair. Ive never seen anything like the technique she used. No foil. She just sectioned it put a color on the top that actually lightened my natural color ( not what I wanted at all) I showed her a picture. Several times! She told me she knew how to do it. She said shes been doing hair for 15 years. Her name is Tiffany. She worked so fast and didnt take her time at all. When she took the towel off my head to blow it dry I was totally freaked out. All of my hair was blonde. It was a freakishly orange brass color on top and blonde from the middle of my head to my ends and my hair was about 16 inches long. So Im not the person that really confronts people I am way too nice so I let her finish and paid and left and went home and cried to my husband and cousin. She told me to call and go back up and have them fix it. Bad idea. I should have just got my money back. She used the same technique to "fix" it. More bleach and now a black color all over and a chunk of hair around my head bleached on the ends. I looked like a skunk. Then to try and fix the bright white bleached hair she put a toner on it and now my hair is green. Ive been crying all night and this morning and will be going in today to get my money back. I am beyondy disgusted with how aweful my hair looks. Its put it up and wear a hat in public bad. I will be posting pics on yelp. Do not go to this place. There were two other ladies there that knew she was ruining my air and didnt step in and stop her. I should have. I dont think any of us had the courage to tell the girl to stop. I wish I did. Now my hair is beyond damaged and I cant even color it to fix it. I have to wear it like this until I can travel 800 miles away and have my cousin fix it after its rested. I hate my life and this salon.

I walked in and was greeted by a nice fellow. He had just sat someone down when I walked in but there was another stylist in there. The first guy I mentioned told me that I had a 15 minute wait as there was one person before me with the other stylist. I didnt have a problem with that so I sat down. After about ten minutes, the stylist checked his client out. I was expecting to called up at that point but he was organizing some things at his desk. Again- no issue with me. I thought to myself, "he evidently needs a minute so Ill seize this moment to use the restroom since he needs time anyways." When I got out of the restroom a lady had walked in and he sat her down. I thought to myself, "maybe she had an appointment?" I sat down again, looked at the stylist in the eye and gave him a minute to tell me if she had an appointment. He didnt say anything. That ticked me off so I left. I had been waiting there already and he could have communicated with me. If the lady had an appointment- no problem- Im a reasonable person. No such thing was said. I felt jipped and that I was treated unfairly. Ill never go there again. This man had Gages in his ears and had black/dark brown hair. Based on the other reviews Im seeing, Im glad I didnt get my hair cut there.

It was my first time there and I found the staff to be stuck up. The young girl with the white blonde hair was loud and laughed at me when I talked to my hair dresser. She made rude comments to me. My hairdresser was a white male with long curly brown hair. He did my highlights ok but my hair cut was uneven. One side was longer than the other. I was so upset. I fixed it later at home. I will never go back to Regis Salon and I will never recommend it to anyone.

First time ever to regis, walked in at 7:20pm and asked for a hair cut. Lady at the front desk said with hesitation in her voice "Im sorry were closed" I told her that Online it says they are open till 8 and she got this deer in the headlights look. Then she asked the hairstylist like she was clueless. THE OPEN NEON SIGN WAS ON AND FLASHING! The front door was open and unlocked. I will forever take my business and tips to another company

The two women cutting hair look sloppy and unkempt. I was greeted by my stylist with a blank stare. I am not getting my hair cut in a completely apathetic salon. You dont deserve my business. The man cutting hair in the building is not included in this review, he seemed clean, professional, and motivated. He greeted me, and relayed messages to the others who apparently couldnt speak.

Requested an appointment with shampoo, haircut and styling for me and my daughter. On the day of the appointment, they didnt scheduled us... arrived at 11am left at 11:15am both of us were given a dry haircut and charged full price by an upset hairstylist. They certainly lost my business, go at your own risk!

Jackie did my hair and it looks great! Very nice people in the shop. I have long hair and wasnt sure what I wanted and she took the time to get me books and talk about options. I was a walk in and even with appointments I was seen in 20 minutes. Im here for the next 3 years and I will definitely be back.

Love it there they are the sweetest people and I get great service no matter who I go to.. and about the Hair STYLIST that was mentioned in the previous post NOT ALL THE HAIR STYLIST WHO WORKS THERE ARE LIKE THE 2 SHE MENTIONED! For sure! I always get great service and my hair looks beautiful!

They over booked themselves and I ended up waiting 45 extra minutes and I had an appointment. Then I was PAULS last customer for the day and he rushed the whole time. I paid 25 dollars for a trim and he gave me a bowl cut. Actually Its worse than a bowl cut.

I went to Jackie and she was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable, gave me a free of charge deep condition, and gave me the exact haircut that I asked for. She really cared about the health of my hair and I will be going back to her!

I went into Regis today and the door chimed. 2 stylists continues to talk to each other just out of sight. When I walked out one of tem followed me out yelling Hey you dont want it done? I didnt even respond ..
