I have not had such a horrible haircut before! My hair stylist was a tall white lady with tatoos all over her body. Even though there were no customers waiting in line, she sped through the process ignoring the small details that make a good hair cut good. No sissors/shears were used, but just the clippers and comb. She did win a record for me though, the fastest haircut ive ever got! When it was done, i didnt like it because it was too long and looked like i didnt even have a haircut...she did a horrible job blending on the sides, so I asked her to do some touch ups...it wasnt all that much better. Leaving frustrated, I took my business to another cost cutters and they did a great job without charging me. BTW, i forgot to mention that he lady who cut my hair was the MANAGER. Listen, stay away. You do not need to waste your money on somone who doesnt put effort in doing a good job, even after you asked them to redo your hair.

Pretty amazed to see these reviews. CC isnt an expensive salon, its a place to get a haircut. And thats what Ive been doing there for the past two years. Unlike previous reviewers, this is the FIRST place Ive been (Im nearly 60 years old) that just cuts my hair, does a great job, and leaves the BS out. I do agree that she (and yes, its the manager who cuts my hair, too) is fast. 5 - 10 minutes and youre done. So I imagine if you are into all the nuances, go down the street and pay $75. Youll get your hour and your nuances. If you want a haircut for under $20 and no BS, this is your place. And the tattoos are nice.

The place does look a bit forlorn, but theres a few good stylists cycling through. I just get a basic haircut, so cant speak for complicated cuts. Some stylists act like they dont like customers, so you have to be picky about whom you get.

Come here for myself and my 2 boys, we are happy with the service provided. We go to get the hairs cut and that is what they do, nothing more, nothing less. My boys are 2 and 5 and are perfectly happy when their hair gets cut.

Worst hair cut and service ever. Place was not clean and staff was not professional at all. I would definitely pay more next time and go somewhere else.
