I received the absolute WORST haircut of my life at this Great Clips location. The hairstylist (Janet) did not listen to anything I said to her and chopped 4+ inches off of my hair when I asked for one inch. She even destroyed my bangs by cutting parts of them to the top of my forehead, leaving a HOLE in the middle section of my bangs which were meant to sit straight across. I told her the way I liked to have it done, and she said she did it a different way (which was fine), but I didnt know she meant she was going to chop everything off and leave me with awful hair for four months. I will never return to this place.

I was in Essex square for other reasons, but decided I might as well get that haircut I had been wanting for a few weeks. They had me in a seat very quickly. I had pretty long hair, and got a really nice lady who knew what she was doing. Because I donated my locks, my haircut was actually free. I loved the cut, and even walked out with a $5 coupon off my next haircut there. I tipped her as well (even if the haircut is free, you should still tip). Yes I will be going here again for future haircuts. *Happy customer*

The price was great, I was helped right away and stylist was great. The only issue I had was they cut it shorter then I wanted. The only thing I could say it if your looking for a basic haircut that you think its very VERY easy then go there. If you want some one to cut your hair THE WAY YOU WANT then make sure you have some one who has been there for a while and knows what they are doing. and MAKE sure you tell them exactly how you want it.

I came here only 3 times and those 3 times were the worst haircuts ever. I just go here because my other barbers had a long line of ppl. So asked for a fade and wasnt even good. cut my top too short. did not properly line me up. The women cutting my hair was also rushing for the next client. When we were done I asked them to fix my hairline and she took like 2 seconds and it wasnt even fixed. Not surprised since its called GREAT CLIPS.

This place was gross with huge clumps of hair mashed into the mat in the entrance, The girls that worked there seemed to have no motivation to actually do their jobs and sat staring aimlessly as people waited to get their hair cut 6/19

I keep coming back to this great clips location because of the great hair cuts and customer service Rianna gives. I think she is the manager because all the other employees are always asking her questions. She does great work.
