Made an online reservation. It said it would be 20 minutes. Got there and checked in. I was #1 on the screen. Waited 20 minutes listening to a VERY loud stylist explain her situation hopping between other places and here, her upbringing, school she went to, and then her grilling of the college student whos hair she was cutting. Finally both customers hair was done. After cleaning her station the other stylist called for Dave whoever he was. At this point rather than enduring another review of the VERY loud stylists life I left. I will try another Great Clips, but I wont come back to this one.

Didnt give me the correct change so i overpaid them by $10, made me wait till they closed so they could count their drawer only to find they didnt give me the right change so I had to waste gas to drive all the way back to get my $10 after the lady embarrassed me swearing up and down that she knows she gave me the right change. And she didnt even apologize she made the other lady take care of me. and the lady Jamie was rude to my son

I went to this great clips for a trim on my long hair and Samantha was the stylist who cut it. She ruined my hair, how do you mess up a trim? Well she did, She was terrible and unprofessional and I would never recommend going to her for anything for your hair! Ive heard others complain since then about her.

I will never pay $15 to have someone cut my sons hair that I have to fix when I get home again! They need to learn how to cut hair on all types of ethnicity. Not just white people! If I knew this before hand I never would have gone there in the first place.

My hair was butchered! No one listened to what I wanted, they cut my hair completely opposite of what I asked for. My hair will grow but I will never go back to this great clips ever again and I dont recommend anyone else ever going there.

Out of town hair emergency! I walked in without an appointment. The salon was busy but my wait was short. I have lots of thick difficult hair. Linda gave me an excellent hair cut in no time at all. Very pleased with my visit.

Everytime I need haircut, I go to great clips. Professional staff gives me the satisfaction of a great haircut. On my last visit, I experienced a very good haircut from Kyle. Thanks Great clips, you are my favorite hair salon.

Waited for my Bf to get his haircut. Staff is extremely witchy and unprofessional to customers. Bf did enjoy his haircut so they do have talent but need to learn better customer service skills.

I have been here six times. I work over here and this is my favorite Great Clips. The staff is always upbeat and the stylists are fun but really seem to be involved with their clients.

Took my kid there 3 times due to the cheap price. I made sure he got a different stylist each time and everytime they messed up a basic boy haircut..never going back!

She did not cut my hair the way a asked for it to be cut and it was so uneven I had to go home and spend 20min trimming it myself to make both sides the same length.

Went for a haircut here and the guy there gave me a haircut and had no idea what he was doing. It was so bad that they gave me 3 free haircuts after.

Hair stylists are always friendly and do a great job on my hair. Cuts only, no perms or color.
