They used bad clippers which left the back of my neck raw and cut my ear causing it to bleed. She then used a dirty towel to try and stop the bleeding. Side burns and neck line were cut uneven. The next day was painful and uncomfortable. The District manager refused to give me my money back, She said I would have to start a claim. Small claims court is not worth my time. This shows their customer service and Sanitary Practices. Stay away, if just for your health.

We just moved to the area, and my daughter has a short haircut-longer in front, layered in back. We went for a trim and Pam gave her a mullet. My daughter said she didnt listen when she told her how she wanted it, but kept telling her how she should wear it. Shes had to let it grow for almost 2 months for it to grow out enough over the ears to get a style similar to what she had. We didnt even try for a fix there. It wasnt worth the chance.

After months of good hair cuts from one stylist, I paid for what I call a hatchet job the last time I was there. My feathered bob was so pitiful that it looked like an elementary student did it. The back had straight cuts that gave me a bowl haircut look. I cried when I got home and cut some of it off. My right side is kind of a square shape, while the left is a lovely angle.... I feel hideous still. I wont be back.

Dont expect fix it for FREE the next day. Had a haircut yesterday afternoon. I thought the length was still kinda long. Went back today and asked to have the length taken up about 2 inches shorter. It took her maybe 2 minutes to do just that. She charged me another FULL PRICE. I was shocked!!! Will never go back again. The layered haircut was bad by the way.

When I came in, I asked how long the wait would be. She told me 15-20 min. After waiting over 35 minutes it was finally my turn, the stylist told me sorry but she needed to leave to get to the bank so I would need to wait another 15-20 minutes till someone could cut my hair. I left with no haircut. Extremely unprofessional, I will not be coming back.

I had the same problem as Emily with PAMELA and the layers. She styled it poorly and hid how awful it looked with that, and now Ive washed it and styled it myself and I can see how bad it really is. I am going back tomorrow in hopes that they can fix it for free, because it really does look terrible.

Unprofessional is not the word when the stylist suggest to you in her words pop your three yearold I was done the owners should be embareesed of the staff and if there was manager they didnt say a word or do a thing worst experience I have had at any Gulfport business.

Everytime I have been in there, there has been a whole new staff. And every single one of them dont know that they are doing. I have been here three times and everytime was a different lady and I left disappointed. Would not recommend. Worst place in Gulfport.

My stylist was Victoria Ashely & was she just fantastic!!! Very friendly and very accommodating for a scissor cut. Listened to the details of the type of haircut I wanted. It was like magic b how easily she got to the exact look that I wanted.

If you dont have an appointment dont try to get a hair cut here. Walkins have to wait forever 30-45mins for a walkin were appointments are walk in and get hair cuts. Not right. Can pay abit more at Regis and get in in 5-10 mins.

If you have kinky frizzy hair like me, ask for Charlene, she spends quality time on your hair and leaves it super straight. She is awesome. My hair was silky straight for a whole week!!

Didnt wait at all to get taken back for a shampoo/cut, price was good. But my haircut isnt anything like I asked and I dont know how to fix it. I wont be trying this place again.
