I give the one star because of the Manager, not the person who cut my hair. The person who cut my hair had no idea what they were doing. I brought in a specific picture. I talked it through with her, not only did she not understand but spent time doing things that werent important to the haircut. She chopped say 4 inches off at the length I wanted, but when it came to the bangs she had NO idea what she was doing. I wanted a sideswiped bang. She cut a chunk off straight. Her idea of blending was to swish my hair around and slice it from the wrong side. The hair was still straight when I left. Somewhere along the way she took the cape off so I ended up covered in hair. Her hands smelled like cigarette smoke. She couldnt grasp the idea or picture at all and ended up making an uneven straight bob. Her hands smelled like nasty cigarette smoke. When I left I had a breakout rash from whatever it was that was either on her hands or in the water bottle which was just water then turned into something with soy. Im not even allergic to soy. I had 2 children waiting for me at home and even though I wanted layers and an actual haircut remotely close to the picture. Instead it looked like a 2 year old chopped my hair off in weird lines. I paid, didnt complain and left because I dont like to cry in front of strangers and I needed to nurse my newborn son. The manager is the only reason why I MAY consider going back for someone else. She said she would be happy to fix it, or would give me 2 free haircuts. Honestly, I wish I could just have my money back. I tried to make it even in my bathroom and basically wasted 13$ of money I could have used for something else, on nothing. I wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

Would like to be able to talk to manager there. The woman gave us attitude from the time they asked for our number and we said we dont like to give it out. Went on to cut my husbands hair and it was like a 2 min hair cut and I politely said please cut the back and please do it over the ears. She refused. And said she liked it. Hair cut was crooked. One side longer than the other. Back not layered. Top all choppy. Very upset. If anyone knows how to get a hold of the manager plz let me know. Workers certainly are no help. I never complain but this was awful. I wish we got the nice girl with the long hair. She seemed nice and know what she was doing.

The stylist are very unprofessional. The Internet sign in is a joke. I had signed in on line. Was told 30 minutes when I arrived I was told in a sarcastic manner that it didnt matter and I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes because they had walk ins waiting for a long time.

Fast, quality haircut, frequently with an electric clipper (for men and boys) , but interestingly I found at this location that you may also request a scissor cut, if you prefer. And, I do prefer scissor cuts.
