I may be an outlier, but I didnt have a great experience. I told the barber I wanted a tight fade with certain guards(1,2,3,4), and he did anything but that. Spent more time lining me up than trimming, which is what I needed most. The barber made a mistake with a short cut on the front that looked awful (lack of integrity for not owning mistake or lack of attention) and kept the top of my head long after I asked for a close trim. Never got to see my hair until he was finished. Needs to be more attentive and receptive with first time customers if he wants more business.
