Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. As soon as the estimator approached my car he started making a big deal about it being too low (its a Mercedes-Benz AMG) It can be lowered and raised via air suspension settings. It was in sport mode. I have no idea why he made a big deal about it. I went to get an estimate to get dents and dings repaired that were on 2 doors and the upper part of a rear quarter panel. (No where near the fenders). As soon as I experienced the hostility from the estimator I decided to go somewhere else. I went with cash in hand ready to get it taken care of but his attitude told me other wise. I called another shop and they came and took care of the dents at my work. No questions asked, and nothing else was mentioned. Easy as 123.

These days, you can be willing to spend the money and still not get the results and/or customer service that you expect at that price. Hi-Tech has gone beyond my expectations. The owner was very knowledgeable and gave me up front pricing. They actually took out more dings in my car than I anticipated. They went the extra mile and even fixed up some other areas with touch up paint. I couldnt believe the results. I rarely ever write someone a review unless they are god awful or simply amazing. Hi-Tech is simply amazing!

Some idiot put 2 nice big dents in my Audi door. Brought the car to Hi-Tech and in 45 minutes I got my car back looking brand new. Shocked I couldnt even see the paint chips from the dents anymore. Definitely the best out there and would only trust them with my cars. Thanks guys.

Great service!!! Every body shop said that I needed to replace my hood and get it repainted, but not here! They fixed my hood in under an hour and charged me less than the original quoted price. I live in Chicago but will not hesitate to drive out to Des Plaines for service.

I took my hail damaged car in to get repaired... Man these guys really know what theyre doing. I was extremely happy with the work, and the price couldnt be beat. Car looks better than it ever did, Thank you! These guys really made the whole process easy.

Dents on my car were sharp but those are repaired as almost new without a paint job and long waiting. Very reasonable priced and I have my car served in less than hour and half. I definitely recommend Hi Tech if you want to get rid of dings on your car.

Been there before and they do good work, but went there twice now without an appointment and they cant take me because they have no techs to do any dent removal even though they have a sign that says OPEN 8 to 6. WTF thats some way to do business.

I took my car to them with a dent on a driver door and did not even have to leave it there.They fixed it within an hour while I was waiting. Looks like new! These guys are the best! Excellent service!

They do good work and got some difficult dents out. However they buffed the area they worked on and it was dirty, which resulted in some swirls.
