You think that 5.0 is the speed of a car or someone just placed it up there? That 5.0 is well deserving rate for the Lake Bluff Auto Body. I totally demolished my front end of my infinity G37. I looked for a auto body and it came down to 2 choices. The one auto body was talking about saving me some money. I wanted to save money but not to the extent where the quality of work is jeopardized. I seen Lake Bluff Auto specialized in high end vehicles. So you know they would definitely take care of your Chevy, Chrysler. Needles to say my Infinity G37 is stored back to its original beauty. The insurance tried to pass my car off as a "WHITE" infinity. Paul immediately recognized the paint job on it is a 3 stage pearl white. EYE FOR DETAIL....You want to sleep well at night? Leave your vehicle hear....PERIOD !!!!

We cannot recommend this team highly enough. We have forutnatley only needed them for minor body work, but with 4 teenage boy drivers we have used them many times! They are thorough, professional and effective.. They have given us great advice on what we should repair and replace appropriately. We never feel as if they are suggesting any work that is not necessary and everything is always done to the highest standards. These guys are bad ass. I have an Infiniti ipl that got rear ended. The dealership sent them the basic bumper which they put on by direction but it wasnt the custom one that comes with the performance line. After doing all the work to put it on and match paint and everything I saw it was the wrong one. Immediately they jumped through hoops and ladders to find the crazy specialized one and is replacing it immediately without questions. Accidents happen and they jumped on it. Take your high end car to Paul and crew.

When I came to body shop and told my story, Paul walked me through with collision process, since I never had that experience. Within few minutes Ive got rented car that I used until they repaired my car. I picked up my car like I bought brand new car from dealer. All parts were new from dealer, even if insurance reimbursed money only for used parts. Paul keep his promises - my car was repaired in time, very professionally and with good discount. I had a wonderful experience with Lake Bluff Auto body. They were attentive, understanding and very Patient. I had alot of issues with my insurance company, LBAB was very patient as I dealt with the insurance company. It took 49 days to get it resolved. They were very helpful in understanding my dilemma.
