Poor!! My mom took her vehicle in for an estimate. The receptionist told her the car wasnt safe to drive. The insurance company ended up totaling the car. When she went to get her things out of the car, she was only given back one license plate with the "12" sticker on it. When the car was taken in there, both plates were on the car and the sticker was a "15" sticker.
